Respected sir, Iam booked accommodation at srinivasam pilgrim complex for the date[protected].We are recive room on 17/09/2021 at 6-48am and vacated room on18/09/2021 at03-45am to 04-15am approximately. I mention time of vacation in daily register.But till today we are not recieved any message and not refunded caution deposit amount in transaction account . I vacated room in tirupati on14Oct 2021 and vaceted room in tirumala on 15Oct 2021 also I got message of successful vacation of rooms of both i was told that refund of caution money will be online in two days but upto now I didn't get the refund from both places
