TTD — Server problem in online slot booking for special darshan | |||||
Dear Sir, After booking online Slot for Special Darshan @ 1:00 pm on[protected], I have received the following message from the server : "Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms k jagan mohan, Greetings from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams! We regret to inform you that your transaction is not successful. Thanks, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams A.P, India. Note: This is a system generated email. Please do not reply to this email. Kindly contact our customer care for any further queries/questions." So, I have proceeded further and booked again for the same slot on[protected]. Second time, I got instant reply that my booking is confirmed. Surprisingly, another message also received with reference to the first booking that it was also CONFIRMED ! In this context, I request you to kindly cancel one of the booking made through online for Special Darshan on[protected], since both bookings have been made with same Aadhar Reference. The amount may please be refunded through online (K. JAGAN MOHAN RAO, SBH A/c No.[protected], IFSC : SBHY 002 0074, SBH-APAU- RAJENDRANAGAR, HYDERABAD), as there is no mistake from my side and it was purely a technical problem from your server. Actually I need only one booking only.
