Prestige glass top gas stoves are like ticking time-bombs... we owned a prestige 3-burners glass top gas stove. Today me and my wife
were cooking lunch when out of nowhere the Prestige gas stove top glass blasted.
I immediately raised an emergency complaint but no one turned as of now.

They claim that glass top is shatter proof but its not....

A request for repair of broken glass of induction top was placed with the company in the month of Aug (Early Aug). I received a call from one of their business partners namely Classic Services stating that they have assigned responsibility to repair the induction plate. I was asked to pay the advance amount for procurement of glass required for repair. The advance amount was paid on 19 Aug 21. Till date the issue has not been resolved and...

Last two month mixer have coupler damaged problem, i submit product to service center on data 26.8.21, but there is no coupler available . if spare part not available why you are selling this type of product. can you tell me how many day i have to wait for repaire. i purchese many product of prestige but this product very very irritaed to me. next time i thinking can purchese pristige product or not.i personaly visit 5 to 6 time to service...

I had purchased induction cook top P. 16 on 31 August 2021. And it's not working from day one. Problem not resolved from prestige and your side....

Horrible service..even after multiple reminders and follow ups and commitment given by Sameer from Mumbai branch that if the issue is not resolved we will provide refund/replacement...and these thief's vanished and never showed their face to resolve the issue..

i brought new pressure coocker at your outlet located in PM PALEM madhurawada vizag on 03.07.2021.
it is not working properly, given at outlet two times but with out solving the problem they returned me. Again same problem repeated, as they suggested handovered both Coocker and Warrenty card at outlet for replacment.

On 26th Jul i've registered a complaint with TTK Prestige customer care that my Prestige Schott glass 3 burner gas stove's glass is broken out of heat produced, its a lifetime warranty product for glass but from the time of complaining my issue, customer service department is very lethargic and has been asking for a bill copy which we missed. I purchased a prestige pressure cooker 3 years back and recently a hole created at middle of the outer lid during cooking. I purchased Prestige elegant 750W mixer grinder on 24/10/2016, The product holds 5 years warranty on the motor. Now the mixer got some repair with motor and I visited the service center 2 weeks ago but no proper response and they straight away denied to provide the service and the person at service center was lack of knowledge and interest to provide the service.

AT 12.45 Pm on[protected], Rice was making from Pressure cooker, After some time of 1st Whistle Cooker got Explosion resulting in My wife back burn injury & head Injury.

Safety valve not opened for 2nd whistle

Fusible plug not melted resulting in explosion instead of Pressure re;ease...

I had purchased Prestige Magic Glass Top GTMC 03 on 31.12.2019. Recently in month of June'21 the toughen glass got broken.
