I had purchased prestige electric kettle -pkoss 1.8 on jan 2021. Electric kettle properly worked upto 2 month but after that it stopped working. Electric kettle have 1 year warranty. plz do needful help either to change this kettle or repair it

    I am Jagadish, I bought the Prestige TTK milk pan last year. Within 1 month coating faded out.
    30/Nov/2020:
    My Father raised complaint in service center at Tambaram. they created the job order and agreed to replace the milk pan and Multikadai.

    Job order created: CHEN[protected]Milk Pan, Dia 180mm, 2.25Ltrs induction base)
    Job Order Created: CHEN[protected]Multi Kadai, dia 220, thk 3.25mm, 2.5Litrs)

    but the Service center team said milk pan & Multi kadai stock not available and they will call me once available. Till now, they are saying the same answers Stock not available and if you want to take some other product for same price, i have to go main branch and collect the product.

      Sir, On 6th March'21, on customer support, a service technician came to my house and taken My Air Fryer PMAF 1.0 for attending service. My complaint was noise arose while the machine put on. Till date both the service technician as well as the customer support repeatedly replying the they will look into the matter and return the machine after attending the repairs. But it is not happened so till today. Kindly persue the matter so that the machine should reach me soon. Thank you.

          I had bought two prestige non-stick pans as on 20.02.2020 (two years warranty) and on 27.12.2020 (one year warranty)
          Both these pans have given a horrible experience neither
          Foods get stuck on the pans after sometime in use.
          Both shop owners are replacing the pan inspite of having product under warranty
          Going a Prestige as a brand name I feel cheated as the product are not at of any use.

                    Hi Prestige Team,

                    We have bought the new stove on 24-jan-2021 from Happy electronics exclusive prestige showroom royapuram, chennai, the stove started giving problem from next day and we tried to manage for some time. But then the burner flame becomes very low then we filled the complaint. The service person came and clean the burner and it was working fine only for a few days then again it started giving a problem. Now it's producing more smoke and the vessels become fully smoke and dark.

                    So we would request you replace the product and need your help on this issue.

                    Within a week's time, we have filled the complaint twice and the issue still persists.

                    I have attached a screenshot of the same.

                    FYI,
                    We are using prestige products for a decade and it's the first time facing the problem and it's bad.

                      I have purchased Prestige Induction Cook Top(model no.PIC 31.0 V4) on 12.05.2020 from Ganapati Mobile Store and Home Appliances, Naihati and its under warranty period.But after 2 months of its usage the various problem started to arise after making complaint to the service centers the technicians used to come and repair the same.After repairing the same it works properly for 4-5 days and again the same problem arises.We have made complaints for about 8-9 times but no resolution has been made.We have contacted with the seller but He doesn't take any responsibility and says the company will deal with it and whatever problem is being faced by us we have to disclose to the company technicians who comes for the repair.I being Senior citizen have to bear this hurdle which is becoming very difficult for me to confront.So I request to look into it by either replacing the same or refund our money.Hoping for some positive response.My name is-

                        Dear Sir,
                        For the above complaint, lot of correspondence by emailing and telephonic conversations is made and there is no result. For the last time, I am giving herewith full details. I have purchased 1 express mixer grinder PEX1.0 on 13/11/2019 in Malad Mumbai. It has start giving problem within 2 months and immediately complaint was made on your helpline number[protected] from my mobile number [protected] in February 2020. But the complaint was not sort out. I have made lot of complaints from my other mobile number [protected] as follows:

                        On 16/01/2021, I have had a detailed conversation of 9 minutes on your helpline number. I have called on mobile number [protected] and [protected] with Madam Vishakha and Madam Sarita. But they have rudely replied and made false promises, but in vain. Email complain of rudely behaviors is also made and then Mr. Sachin had told me that your product will be replaced. Mr. Nitin Thakre of Bangalore office called me from his mobile number [protected] on 04/01/2021 and 18/01/2021 and said this recorded call and I will forward your recorded complaint to concerned department for taking any action. But after that neither reply received and nor any complaint was settled.
                        Guarantee was also WhatsApp on [protected] on 26/12/2020, a mechanic from your company has taken our product and returned stating that it is repaired. He has taken repairing charge from me whereas by your SMS message you have confirmed that the repairing charge is zero vide SMS dated 11/01/2021 and 10/01/2021.
                        When I have started the mixer it got Fire in its motor and lot of smoke was also spread in the kitchen, it was a very dangerous moment and on 16/01/2021 I have explained all the matter on your helpline number again and again. But it was a Big regret to write, after that nobody has responded to my complaint. Since it was a very dangerous situation due to fire and smoke due to your faulty product.
                        Now please tell me what the value of your guarantee card is. I have got a lot if harassment and mental agony from your company and staff. Being a senior citizen, I have no other option but to register my complain in nearby police station and consumer forum. You are totally default in service for not sorting out my complaint. Even you are also responsible for the rudely and misbehavior of your staff to a senior citizen customer like me.
                        If I have not received replaced products from you immediately, then above action will be taken against your staff and company. I will also be claiming for mental harassment and agony for this behavior / service in consumer forum on your risk and cost and please not this.

                        As lot of time is consumed by you for that complaint.

                            Hi,

                            I had bought Royale Plus Schott Glass Top Duplex DGT04 Gas Stove and used it only for a day. I realised that the stove has design issues. The pan/vessel on the burner kept wobbling and due to the gap between the two platforms of the stove, any spillage got stuck between those gaps and started stinking smell within a few hours.

                            I complained to Prestige guys about replacing it with a normal model but did not receive any response from them on the same. So I decided to send them a legal notice on the same. And to my surprise I got a unapologetic insensitive response from their legal stating that they were not willing to exchange the product. I was surprised by their adamant response which also states that "The user is expected to ensure no spillage and any spillage to be cleaned".

                            Pains to see that such a strong national brand going so terrifically down on customer sensitivity. Will fight them in consumer court and will post the results soon.

                                I registered my complaint on 11/1/21 to get my mixer repair. The customer service guy told me it will be 2 working days to get it fixed. after so many follow ups also none of the technician called me and came to fix it. its been 4 working days.
                                It's been so disappointing and annoying, when they don't give a good service. I didn't expected such and bad and disgusting service from prestige.
