Prestige - Issue with gas stove

Product defect
1. 2 burner knob control not working
2. red flame
3 getting off while in simmer
4 rust and foil toned

3 times complaint has been made and service engineer took photo and told he will come back for the replacement plan .

Royal Plus Schott Glass Top Duplex DGT04 Gas Stove

Hi,

I had bought Royale Plus Schott Glass Top Duplex DGT04 Gas Stove and used it only for a day. I realised that the stove has design issues. The pan/vessel on the burner kept wobbling and due to the gap between the two platforms of the stove, any spillage got stuck between those gaps and started stinking smell within a few hours.

I complained to Prestige guys about replacing it with a normal model but did not...

Not attendant any technician

I registered my complaint on 11/1/21 to get my mixer repair. The customer service guy told me it will be 2 working days to get it fixed. after so many follow ups also none of the technician called me and came to fix it. its been 4 working days.
It's been so disappointing and annoying, when they don't give a good service. I didn't expected such and bad and disgusting service from prestige....

Please discontinue the model GTM 04, as it is very risky to use such a product. I purchased this on 12 Aug 2019. On January 2020, while my mother was cooking food it broke with a sound and glass particles were scattered. The service engineer came and replaced it (chargeable basis) and said it is physical damage and it was not a physical damage as I have witnessed that incident. However, I can't prove it as we do not have a CCTV installed...
