I had bought prestige induction one year back after 4 month it stop working
I consistently called customer care for service every time they said technician will come but one and half year passed still we are waiting for serviceit rang several times then hung up on me. Several more attempts, same response. I will never, ever again purchase anything at all from sears. Worst customer service nightmare i have ever had.
Its my suggestion to all please don't buy any prestige product worst product and service

    This complaint is regarding the prestige rice cooker prwo which i have purchased on 24th may 2016 and still not able to use the same as this product is faulty. when we cook rice, during warm phase the rice burns out and the pan becomes black at the bottom and the rice has a burning smell.
    I had purchased this from noida coast guard canteen sector 23 and i have been coordinating with the supplier mr. manish yadav and also the service center at gaziyabad. though the engineer mr. gulfam have visited twice and they did not believe the fact which i was referring to, each time the engineer tired cooking the rice and the entire pan got black and the whole quantity of rice was wasted with out any reason.
    I had to purchase another rice cooker of another brand and now the supplier is reluctant to take my calls and the sales head mr gaurav and sanjay srivastava of gaziayabad service center are playing around with me saying that they want to compare with another brand rice cooker to verify the claim. though i have also taken photo of the blackend pan and the engineer have also taken the photo to prove the same at his service center still they are reluctant to change the product. now they are claiming that the pan will become black due to over heat and this will happen in all rice cookers. they do not want this write this statement and give it only in verbal they want to say. this claim which i find is totally false as i have been using the prestige rice cooker for the past 10 years or so and this never happened in the past. my old rice cooker could not be further repaired hence i had gone straight with full faith purchased this prestige rice cooker again, and now this has become a disaster for me. i would request you to check and replace the product with out any further delay. it seems both the supplier and the service center people know the problem and do not want to acknowledge. meanwhile i have instructed the coast guard canteen higher authority not to get any product from prestige till this is resolved and i will ensure that i will escalate this to director level and ensure that others do not suffer.
    I have spent almost more than rs 1000 on phone calls and trip to the canteen. i request you to look in to this matter and get this resolved at the earliest
    To prove my claim i am also attaching the photo which i had taken when i had cooked the rice for the first time and also on the second time when the engineer had visited our house, the pan was burnt and i have still not washed the utensil to prove my claim. you can send the representative and verify this.

      I had purchased 4 burner auto ignition gas stove from prestige co. Through online. Company send a defective piece as its knobs and auto ignition was not working.. After complaining continuously for several days, they didn't provided service at all, all the time they said that service man will reach you in an hour or two, but nobody arrived. I m very disappointed. Mr. Shalandra from lucknow centre assured me that within 2 days repair will be done, but still no one arrived, it means that prestige co. Is cheating their customers their service is very very poor as well their product.

        regret to inform you, self has bought one 3 burner glass top gas stove on[protected].
        We are facing continuous problems since the purchase date wrt to burner not getting lightning up, spark issues etc.I had complaint to customer services on 27th june with respect to complaint id CHEN1917378, . Now its more than a week still no response from them. whenever i called to customer care agent they are stating that with in today evening you will get a call from the service man. Daily they are giving a same response.


        Worst product service and customer service
        Such a dangerous equipments to use, it blast while using... customer care executives are offering its repair. we want complete replacement with safe model otherwise we'll go to consumer forum. [protected]

        With reference to our complaint and discussion with dealer on dated Dated 31/05/2013 regarding our gas burner with self starter two burner. Connecting pipe cast iron and copper burner melted with self starter melted after date of purchase within 3 month. We gave the complaint to dealer to replace the Gas burner. Being as local person and relative of Late Manohar Parikar, Former Chief Minister of Goa. Again the same problems comes after 3years from Date of purchase. We requested to dealer again same problem for Gas burner. Dealer refuse to replace the Gas burner. I gave the complaint to Consumer court to replace the Gas burner and penalty of Rs.10k on the spot showing Gas burner under Exchange without model number or serial number showing MRP 6595.00 total of Rs.4900.00 without showing Vat amount 12.5%. Consumer court order to replace the copper pipe with connecting copper burner with self starter. Dealer replace the cast iron pipe supported copper burner and entire line copper wire. The burner operates just like new burner. Dealer soled us duplicate regulator of Bharat petroleum at the time of replacement of burner set. Hence, In all points our Gas burner create the problem of Gas burner and Gas leakage of Burner. I gave complaint to Toll free regarding smell of Gas and fire exposed out side the burner. This problems creates again 3 years. The mechanical from Bharat Gas visit house after complaining to toll free.
        In presence of me, He open fire portion, gas burner Cast Iron pipe and Brass burner. Cast iron melted pipe reduced size and Copper burner rusted/ Colour reflect and thickness of brass burner. Technical shown me all parts which are not Jenin part. He gave the report and says burner it self duplicate. I found from burner powder copper connecting melted. In view all points prestige material each and every part belongs to duplicate. Steel body rusted from down. It can be show that manipulate the copper pipe connecting copper burner and self starter. There is no explanation from your dealer shop.Some times, It colour can faded or company defective. Being as professional engineer, I can justify that, Cast Iron cannot be faded color, My request provide a new Gas burner with self starter on immediate effect. If, Fails, I will make complaint Consumer court. Don’t forced me to extreme step to take necessary action Connecting Cast Iron Pipe with copper burner.
        Hence., I am very thankful if you replace our Gas burner.

        Hi, please don't go for prestige Scott glass gas stove, it's a very worst product I ever never seen, some blast sound is coming from burnal while switch off the flame. The iron stand has become fully white with ash, it is purchased just one month ago this is very bad and I complained to customer care also still nobody attend the issue, I totally want to replace the material with other model, actually I go for this Scott glass top only because it's new model but facing this kind of issue is so critical to manage, kindly replace it otherwise I will to for consumer forum

          LPG GAS leakage issue observed from newly purchased prestige Gas stove..complain registered at prestige customer care and get the complain registered number before 8 days, but still no action taken by company or service authority...its very dangerous to cook the food with this situation as I have staying with my family and with my kid..its very critical to survive even a day but I am waiting from last 8 days...
          Its very dangerous when it related to LPG gas leakage...if any accident happened who will take the responsibility...the company should have take this issue in high priority and close this within 24 hours...
          I had bought prestige phb 7.0 handblender through amazon and it came defective specially that chutney jar .when I went prestige service centre in nerul they told they can't do any thing they told to take it away and when I took and call executive officer he is not ready to respond me just he telling wait for some time .

            Hie i am tejas chavan i have purchased above mentioned gas top of prestige. The product is so defective that utensils burning from bottom and top plate got rusted and burning as burner is defective i guess. I have called ttk prestige limited service number of mumbai[protected] on 19june 2016. They registered complaint and number is mumb1905095. After that no one have attended my complain and even i have called them 5 -6 times at every 2 to 3 day. Every time they saying we need to talk to senior complain in progress. Every time same reasons. What should i do?? Should i file case against them?? Or should i visit there office???

              I bought a 3 burner glass top gas stove from this cheap company .after installing in home in one burner the flame is irregular and in other 2 burners while cooking sudden sound is emerging(like Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr). while cooking its frightening as if it is going to explode. i called customer care it has been ten days nothing is resolved... im asking the company.. if the stove explodes who will be responsible for the lives... this company never knows a word called quality... i want replacement or give my money and take this defective product...

                Please note that I have purchase the Prestige 3 burner stove & had lodge a complaint two times for the first pan, there is a gas leakage problem.

                Your engineer comes two times & repaired it but no success.


                This is the third time have lodge a complaint from the website that today again have found that gas leakage & small fire light continuous showing down on first pan.

                Its a request from my end to replace this faulty product with new one. I don't want to do R&d on this product. It is risky to my family.


                Once again its a humble request to change the product.

                First Complaint on 11th April 2016 - MUMB1805758

                Second Complaint on 21st April 16 - MUMB1819033

                Third Complaint on 24th April 16 - MUMB1822865

                Fourth Complaint on 18th June 16 - MUMB1


                Today again have called Prestige customercare & they arrange a engineer visit for checking the problem. AGAIN he has checked & not found the issue & convey the message to his boss Prem Morye.

                He greased again in the first pan but then also slightly gas smell is coming which he confirmed. He told me to observe for two days or he will again change the first pan gas top which I totally disagreed.He call & connect me with his BOSS Prem Morye. While talking he is not good & he also asking me to observe for two more days.

                Not understanding the life of our family & parents.


                Need urgent attention & action on this.

                  Hi,
                  I had an issue with the lpg stove model gt-03l which i brought 1 year back. One month back when i complained, they came and inspite of warranty they charged for the defect. But the thing is, the defect which they resolved again the same problem raise within some days. Again i raised a complaint (No:-chen1868143) before 3 weeks but still no response from anybody. I called the service people 3 times in between but so careless. This is the worst service support i have seen so far. Bcz of the defect in the product we missed a dangerous accident in the home where the gas leaked and the whole stove was gone into fire. But fortunately we managed to off the gas at cylinder. Otherwise think what would have happened? I want to complain in the consumer forum on this. Could anyone guide me to do that?

                    I bought the Popular 2 litre pressure cooker off Amazon a few days ago. I found that it was just about able to cook 1/2 cup of dal. A 2 litre pressure cooker should be able, according to all rules of logic and common sense be able to hold 2 litres of liquid. I used my measuring jug and discovered that the cooker cannot even fully hold 1 1/2 litres of liquid. When I called up customer care, they gave me all kinds of incomprehensible justifications for this.Including, that the lid was also part of the cooker, (When did you start putting food stuff in the lid to cook?) that these were the outer measurements of the cooker, (excuse me, how are dimensions of the cooker put in litres?) I feel both angry, short changed and cheated, I bought the product because I have always bought Prestige cookers, But now I will have no option but to buy other pressure cookers which I hope will be more honest with their customers.                       Hello, iam p.lakshmi from kakinada-prestige products are duplicate not working products which sales through shop cj channel.they cant pay attention on customer complaints.even they can not give any reply to customer through phone.they are indias no 1 cheaters, so people in india please see my complaints and dont buy any product in prestige through shop cj channel.

                      We bought a 5L cooker from a store in kondapur Hyderabad. The cooker blasted the same day and I nearly saved burns and injuries.

                        Prestige .. Bought a prestige gas stove premia gts 03l gas stove from prestige smart kitchen- ki-zone, bapuji nagar showroom no.1, khurda bhubaneswar with serial number 6b015682.
                        When we used the gas for the first time we could smell the gas leaking.When contacted the gas supply agency they found out that there is a major leakage with the large burner which could have been deadly if there was a full gas cylinder.
                        When i went with this issue to the concerned vendor he was not at all cooperative and is reluctant even to see that the product in itself was sold defective.
                        Please look into the issue and help me make the replacement as early as possible.In the future do bring in installation of gas stoves as a must by your service personnel.A major accident could have happened in this case.

                            I have purchased prestige induction on[protected] which has a warranty for 1 year on 29th february 2016 the product stopped working and i have made a complaint to the prestige customer service to repair it. They have given me a complaint reference number BANG1753583 and said that they will send a person to repair it with in 48 hours, I contacted them after 48 hrs and they said they will escalate the issue and again it will be resolved in 48 hrs. Its been a week now and on 6th march 2016 a person from prestige with phone number +[protected] called and informed that he will come on 7th afternoon by 1:00 PM. the same person called me again and said he is not the authorized person to do it and he gave another number [protected] and asked me to contact them. when i call that person he said i need to call [protected], and i did call that number there was no response and i called customer service people of ttk prestige and they said i need to call [protected] (head office mentioned by the customer support executive). when i call the number they said i need to call [protected]. they are just not providing the service because of the delayed service i have to spend Rs 600/- daily towards my food. When i speak to the manager of customer support they promised they will send someone by 4:00 PM and there is no response or no information from their side regarding this. I am a freelance worker if I spend 600/- per day for food outside how i can survive for the month. because of ttk prestige inability to provide service i am loosing money daily. please take action against them and compensate me with the same.

                              regret to inform you, self has bought one 4 burner automatic hob-top on 23rd nov'14, Sr.No.-SOJH 77272.
                              We are facing continuous problems since the purchase date wrt to burner not getting lit, spark issues etc.number of times put complaint in customer services on following no.:[protected], every time the registered authorized service center
                              took more than a week to resolve the issues.lastly one service personnel Mr, Prabhu had come during repair broke one screw which as per his commitment would be renewed next day.this incident happened around 12th Jan'16.
                              till date(29th feb'16) we kept on calling customer service, every time new personnel has come on line took the complaint no.MUMB1724930 and as apart of conversation "tomorrow will be resolved" false commitments has been given to us.since this became hike in giving false commitments, self would like to put a consumer complaint on this .this burner is so dangerous to use at home, inspite of several reminders area manager Mr.Deepak, customer service senior executives Mr Lokesh, Mr roshan did not respond positively.
                              self would like to file case against these personnel for giving false commitment being at such a senior level and lastly would like to replace my hob-top in a day or two, or else will go for a consumer case with full time refund including damages occurred .

                                I have purchased the product HOBTOP 4 burners from BHUMIKA ENTERPRISES Jigani (TIN no [protected]) on 21st February 2016. since day one 2 burners are not working properly and i lodge a complain in prestige customer care and escalated several time but no luck still now any service engineer not come to check. is really prestige provide the service or false commitment provides to customer.

I am really not happy with prestige stove as from day one d last fourth burner is not working properly . I complained about it again and again ur repersentative came 5 times and could not fix it properly and now the two burners are giving problem i am really upset and soon going to file a case...

                                    Prestige glass top gas stove through Shop CJ order No [protected]. Gas knob not working properly. Gas is leaking. Complaint already lodged with local service center and also through online. Technician not attended till date as already 05 days passed. Request issue instructions to technicians at Visakhapatnam to attend as gas is leaking and any damage due to not attending timely the onus will rest on you or else replace the stove.
                                    Cooker not working &iam giving 3rd time of complaint but no use this area technician not good..

                                      Prestige gas stove problem Sir I have purchased prestige 3 burner glass top gas stove around 01 month back and from then my problems started. The problem is red flame in 2 burners out of 3. All utensils have gone black in colour because of this Prestige stove red flame. I called customer care and the technician visited and he cleaned nozzles, fitted back. After one hour, the same problem came. Then I called customer care second time and the same technician visited my house and cleaned the nozzles. Now also the same problem existing. Now I am continuosly calling customer care but none of the technician visited I am really unhappy with the product. Please help me out in getting this resolved Regard, Ponnuraj
