Dt of complaint - 14 Jan 16 [protected] Prestige glass top gas stove through Shop CJ order No [protected]. Gas knob not working properly. Gas is leaking. Complaint already lodged with local service center and also through online. Technician not attended till date as already 05 days passed. Request issue instructions to technicians at Visakhapatnam to attend as gas is leaking and any damage due to not attending timely the onus will rest on you or else replace the stove.
