TTK Prestige — poor quality of repairing by service centers. | |||
Hello sir/ma'am, I bought a prestige induction cooktop a few years ago. It worked well for some time than suddenly a jinx arrived and it stopped working. The error which it shows is "e-1". So, i got it fixed by our city's, bhopal's, service center but about 2 months after again the issue came back. Then again i got it fixed by the service center but once again its not working. Prestige is a company which people trust and it has got a big brand name. But offering such poor quality of services to the consumers is pathetic. And in my opinion the induction cooktop itself is a faulty piece. And other companies like lg, samsung would pay me my money back. All i want you to do now is either to get my induction cook top repaired for free or to get me my money back or to replace my current induction cooktop with a new one. Regards, Praveen saxena. After purchasing the product like gas chimii the service people not coming to install the product and asking huge money to install usually how many days to take install the product after purchase at store. The service person in eluru name VENKAT is very careless and not interest in his job. So please looking after this
