TTN Broadband — billing every month even after the connection is removed

I have send an email regarding discontinuation of the internet service and ttn confirmed back the on email acknowledging the request.

Till today even after repeated email and phone conversation they are still sending email every month for payment.

I have made every invoice payment, even an extra month payment till i send the disconnection request. I have all the communication emails and payment histories.

I request the complaint resolver to look into the issue and close the connection waving off all the bills post aug 2018 month and make sure i receive no more email/calls from ttn
