Ttn is shamelessly sitting on my money. My first payment was deducted from my bank but my invoice still showed as unpaid, so i paid again, using a different mode of payment, assuming that the first payment will get refunded. I never received the refund till date. When i complained, they did not respond for weeks, after which i had to write a strong email to get them to work. Once again, they kept dragging for weeks and ultimately stopped communicating. They are sitting on my rs. 1, 234.
