The internet stopped functioning on the 30th of may 2019 and we've been trying to contact the customer support to only be ignored and put on hold. Right after our payment on 1st june 2019, we were told that the internet would start working within 2 hours. It has been 3 days since that and the customer support have just been putting us on hold for hours everytime we address them the issue. All we want is our money back, since we weren't provided the service as promised. Was this information helpful? |
