I have purchased 3310 mobile on facebook promotional page, the product delivered n paid a cash of rs.3000 for 2 pieces.

Order # 690752

On checking the product its not unto mark.

Turboshopp promotion on facebook where handset looks very attractive and the mobile name 3310 is also misleading. Kindly check the photo and real mobile, there is huge difference.

On checking the website the handset looks very good.

I would request you to take it up with th concern and help in getting my cash back. The parcel still lying at place which i just kept aside after seeing the quality of mobile. Please do take with senior management and resolve.
