I had ordered nokia 3310 mobile phone but i received my order(T 34571) with k -tel pobile phone today. So please refund my amount and tell me the procedure.

We have mentioned that the product name is 3310, it is a new unbranded phone and comes with 6 months warranty. It is provided by Warranty Value.This is not Nokia mobile.
