Turboshopp — fake nokia 3310 mob

. I just order a mob nokia 3310.. On 7/7/2017. Order no is 679458 on turboshopp. But after few days i got the parcel. And shocked to when i open this. No mobile box in there. A open mob. Along with battery and charger. Name of mob. K-tel. And i call to turboshopp. But they cut d phn again and again. Just a fake sittee. How can i refund my money back.. Plz resolve this issue
