My name is Nikita vilas patil I have booked turkish airline flight from Bom to Seattle but unfortunately because of my medical condition I am not fit to travel on my booking date which is 28th dec 2023 so I called turkish airline to reschedule my flight or atleast give a refund. I was calling them continuously from last 10 days but they have only one answer that their system has some issue call after 2hours they will fix the issue now my flight has just few hours left I asked them if you have issue with your site just give me credit but they are refusing to give me credit/refund & they are not even rescheduling my flight. What Am I suppose to do in such kind of situation ? please help me on this.
