My name is Nisha Tyagi. We (me and my daughter) have booked Turkish airlines for 7th Jan (Booking no. SMGSFW), unfortunately the flight has been cancelled. I have paid 12, 919 SEK (including seat reservation), I have asked for complete refund but I am only getting back 12, 378 TRY (i.e. 8065.50 Sek, therefore I am losing 4, 853.50 Sek). Even though this cancellation is done by Turkish airlines itself not by me, therefore I must get a full refund without any deduction. Please look into it and get back to me asap. I am looking forward to an optimistic reply. Thank you in advance!
