I have applied for used car loan, interest rate 17.4 than committed during loan approach. 6, 69, 250 sanctioned disbursement of 6, 57, 150 and they charged in amout 3000 for rc update.
I thought to foreclosure the loan they share foreclosure letter future installment 617006 charged 5% 30850.30 + broken period interest 8737.99 (6930.17 on 14th) do not how it is charged total 6, 56, 595 (7 emi paid 1, 16, 410). Only branch i can foreclose when i go branch not accepted since other team not available.
No right resolution on time.
As per rbi there should not prepayment penalties and foreclosure charges
