I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 15 dec as per invoice, but photo taken from this mobile is very yellowish and the display is also yellowish as compared to another mobile of same company with a low configured.as i have a option for replacement i contacted with mi india.they accept my request and told me to wait for a call from their end.but its getting too late to get a call, thats why i called them several time.after 4/5 times call finally got a call from mi india. they want the picture taken from this mobile that i have to sent to their mail.as per rules i send two pic.but again its getting too late to get any response i called back but they told me there is no issue with pic then i told them the quality of picture is show only in this mobile if i send this pic to another mobile or computer is not properly shown as the display of this mobile is also very yellowish.but they deny to replace my mobile saying that their is no issue with pic or display.how can they check the details online and after 1/2 days i got an another call from mi saying me that i have to send the picture which i complain.i told them i already send once.but they denying to find any pic.and one time the customer service authority misbehave with me..now i want justice through your end.
