I have purchase new mobile mi a1 order dated 1.12.2017 from tvs electronics limited. i have received parcel by Ecom Express dated 4.12.2017 Order no.[protected] airway bill no.[protected]. i have open my parcel then i have seen one stone in box. now no reply by company and mi customer care. i have purchase mobile by EMI. so please arrange new mobile other wise refund my amount.

    M/s delhivery, kh no. 26/27
    Behind fun and food village
    Kapashera, new delhi

    They delivered me a fake ucb cable and it is not even getting connected to my phone. Should i file a complaint about it or should i reach the nearby serv. Centre?
    If you have also faced the same problem or any other similar problem then please let me know. Please mention which company it was.

    Is there any option of filing a complaint on xiaomi's website?

      HI,
      I am mentally Harass by MI india & TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED mobile company for replacement of my faulty phone replacement.
      All of customer care executive gave me wrong information, wrong commitment, either they are customer care executive, Floor Supervisor, team leader or manager, all are mentally harass me.
      I want this company to be shut down from India. Please help me how to do?
      Our govt will not help me (Consumer court).

      Picked up Courier: Delivery
      AWB:[protected].
      First of all pick up initiated through bluedart, which was cancelled after 2 days. Then initiated through delivery courier. They picked by up by 21st of june 2017 and hold for two days then 23rd of june 2017 product shows in-transit at delivery site, Bengaluru reached by 27th june 2017. Product hold for 3 days at delivery place. 27.28.29 june 2017. Clearly mentioned in tracking (Hold as per client instructions). Means this product hold by MI to deliver for 3 days.
      Now they commit me to dispatch product same day, when we receive product at our warehouse. How they mentally harass to people, they generate AWB online same day but not dispatch. Check AWB number[protected]. Again 3 day hold at courier place, 29, 30 june & today 1 July. Product is still shows waiting for pickup. They just mentally harass me. It’s too much now.
      I specially requested to customer care manager to dispatch my product through Bluedart only, but still they dispatch through delivery.
      I want 2 companies to shutdown.
      1. Mi Mobile
      2. TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED
      Please help me where to contact, how to contact, whom to contact. I will do my all effort to close these companies and save in more Indian Brother/sister from this kind of cheaters.

        I purchased my Redmi 3S prime in 9th December 2016 and the product was useless. I used it for only 1 month and after that the mobile switched off and not restarting. When i reached to Mi customer care the people asking Rs 7000 to repair the product. Why should i pay such huge amount with my fault, i need my device in good working condition.I am really disappointed with my product, TVS Electronics Limited and Mi customer care service team. Its hurting me alot, please guys don't go for Mi Products which making people dis-pointed. I have decided i am never gonna suggest this brand to any one and this is last product with Mi.

          I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 15 dec as per invoice, but photo taken from this mobile is very yellowish and the display is also yellowish as compared to another mobile of same company with a low configured.as i have a option for replacement i contacted with mi india.they accept my request and told me to wait for a call from their end.but its getting too late to get a call, thats why i called them several time.after 4/5 times call finally got a call from mi india. they want the picture taken from this mobile that i have to sent to their mail.as per rules i send two pic.but again its getting too late to get any response i called back but they told me there is no issue with pic then i told them the quality of picture is show only in this mobile if i send this pic to another mobile or computer is not properly shown as the display of this mobile is also very yellowish.but they deny to replace my mobile saying that their is no issue with pic or display.how can they check the details online and after 1/2 days i got an another call from mi saying me that i have to send the picture which i complain.i told them i already send once.but they denying to find any pic.and one time the customer service authority misbehave with me..now i want justice through your end.

            I ordered for a Redmi Note 3 Mobile set on line on September 16 and it was delivered to the addressee Mrs.Mala Biswas on September 19, 2016 night.Next day, after opening the packet the device was found with disturbing display and immediately a complaint(ID[protected] was lodged.The damaged set is taken away by BlueDart on October 4, 2016 but the article is lying at Howrah till this day of complaint.At the same time MI is showing indifference to refund or replace against the damaged set.I feel helpless.Actions solicited.Supriya Biswas.

            Today is October 18.It was delivered on September 19 and lifted by BlueDart on October 4.No redress is done from the company.

              For a much hyped mobile set redmi note 3 an order was sent online on september 16, 2016. Order no.[protected] and invoice no.[protected]. The phone was delivered to my address mala biswas, samarpan, puilya rabindranagar p. O. Unsani (Andul-mouri) dist. Howrah. Pin 711302. West bengal state on september 19, 2016 at night. They took me rs.12398.00 for it's value. On the next morning after opening the packet the mobile was found disturbances on display screen. On that day, september 20 at 1.59 pm complaint lodged. The complaint id is[protected]. After various correspondences over customer support system and e-correspondences that damaged set was lifted from my residence by a representative of blue dart having contact no.[protected] on october 4, 2016. Way bill no. Of the device is [protected]. The company which delivered me the phone set, took money is doing nothing. They are only requesting me to show patience more. At least 25 days have been swept away.

              The damaged mobile set was delivered to my residence on September 19, 2016.It was taken away by their trusted Courier Service BlueDart on October 4, 2016.Today is the 14 th day of October 2016.MI has done nothing to redress my losses.
