HI, I am mentally Harass by MI india & TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED mobile company for replacement of my faulty phone replacement. All of customer care executive gave me wrong information, wrong commitment, either they are customer care executive, Floor Supervisor, team leader or manager, all are mentally harass me. I want this company to be shut down from India. Please help me how to do? Our govt will not help me (Consumer court). First of all pick up initiated through bluedart, which was cancelled after 2 days. Then initiated through delivery courier. They picked by up by 21st of june 2017 and hold for two days then 23rd of june 2017 product shows in-transit at delivery site, Bengaluru reached by 27th june 2017. Product hold for 3 days at delivery place. 27.28.29 june 2017. Clearly mentioned in tracking (Hold as per client instructions). Means this product hold by MI to deliver for 3 days. Now they commit me to dispatch product same day, when we receive product at our warehouse. How they mentally harass to people, they generate AWB online same day but not dispatch. Check AWB number[protected]. Again 3 day hold at courier place, 29, 30 june & today 1 July. Product is still shows waiting for pickup. They just mentally harass me. It’s too much now. I specially requested to customer care manager to dispatch my product through Bluedart only, but still they dispatch through delivery. I want 2 companies to shutdown. 1. Mi Mobile 2. TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED Please help me where to contact, how to contact, whom to contact. I will do my all effort to close these companies and save in more Indian Brother/sister from this kind of cheaters.
