Tvs Motor Company — regarding the fraud going in tvs showrooms

I am having two TVS JUPITER one basic model and other ZX model both are having starting issue and sound is coming from their engines for that i gave my basic model vehicle with vehicle number "MH12PE4713" on service to "Century Tvs Bhandarkar Road Pune" yesterday[protected] Their Service advisor named Prashant Khanvilkar told me that its engine oil will be changed and with engine oil you have to mix another lubricant which cost 125Rs to improve efficiency of your engine, choke wire has to be changed, new kit must be installed which includes (sparkplug+airfilter +engine oil filter etc)at a cost of 380Rs approx, combilne ignition coil must be changed which costs around 1700Rs, idler Gear must be changed which cost around 350-400Rs approx, Handle is locked so it's necessary to make it free which costs around 180Rs, bolt with idler Gear needed which has to be changed which costs around 300Rs approx and with all that service charge of 500+Rs will be there with GST at 18% on each and every thing .
I was not having problem with my handle, sparkplug, airfilter then why should i change it and whats the need to add 125Rs extra oil with engine oil to increase the efficiency.The only problem in my vehicle was that it stops whenever i decelerates and self start doesn't work properly "self start" problem is with each and every jupiter costumer you can type and search on Google" self start issue with TVS Jupiter" and you will come to know about that i own 2 Jupiters both having selfstart/engine issue from the day I purchased them.But during free services they work on that to make it ok and after one week again sound from engine valves start coming and they were not having solution for self start.Service center people say it's due to winter or you must have not started your vehicle from last few days so because of that self start is giving problem I know that this problem never comes with Petrol Engine and talked with TVS costumer care executives regarding the same about
6 months back but they also told the same thing . I am having 4 Two wheelers(2 Yamaha Bikes).So i thought it might be due to I don't run my scooty more but when i found that 2 of my other friends who owns jupiter facing the same issue with self start then I came to know that It's a common problem and company is running from that Issue as they are having no solution for this problem .The issue does not end up with overcharge and unnecessary parts replacement when i saw that they are burglars and they are cheating me and has done same with one more older person charged him approx 1700Rs for very small issue by adding many unnecessary parts. After that i changed my mind to give my second scooty with Vehicle number "MH12 PJ 5715 "for service in this showroom and asked their service advisor prashant khanvilkar to give me extra (engine oil + oil filter ) QNTY 1 NOS only for my second scooty .but he denied to give me that things individually then I told him that i will talk with your costumer care regarding the same after that suddenly he took oil from inside and gave it to me but didn't gave "engine oil filter" with that saying it's in our special package we can't sell it individually as both of these things are very very basic things for such a big showroom but he was not ready to give it to me as individual because he will be getting service charge of around 400+Rs with GST extra for that small work and outside that same work will be done in 20-30Rs Maximum. After that i called TVS costumer care and told them the whole issue regarding not giving individual parts(Engine Oil +Oil Filter) to costumer and adding many unnecessary things in service book against my vehicle number for the parts which are working well .Then their TVS company costumer care executive named Deepak was not ready to file complaint against the dealer and was giving excuses that they might be having only one engine oil left for your one already serviced vehicle then I asked him how the other Bottle came when I took TVS costumer care name for that Deepak was not having any answer/excuses .Then i lost my temper seeing all the ### things dealers are doing with costumers and getting support from main TVS costumercare[protected] itself I started shouting and arguing with that guy after finding that dealer has done wrong and he can't hide that he assured me that he is giving negative feedback against dealer from my reference but didn't provided me any number against that to check /track the status for my feedback.When i asked him that i don't have any reference number, you don't have my email id then how i will come to know you have taken action on this issue for the dealer or not then he said sir you call our costumercare again after 2-3 days and tell whoever receives the call from our costumercare team that you want to talk with Deepak then i will talk with you and tell you what action has been taken by us . I know he is a ### liar but i left that issue there itself .All was ok I have spent 3220Rs after deducing many things from the big list which he has added and extra 310Rs for the extra engine oil he gave to me after talking with costumercare for my second jupiter. I took my vehicle from there and today[protected] In the afternoon when i was going Wakad on Mumbai-Bangalore highway the same problem came again with my vehicle scooty stopped in mid way of busy highway .luckily i was saved from accident from the bike just next to me as my speed was below 50 KMPH. How risky it wasyou can think while decelerates it stops any where if your speed goes less then at ANY TIME your vehicle can shutdown and self start was also not working at that time to again start it up. 0% change after spending 3220Rs also cheaters with unskilled labors has worked on my vehicle then how can the issue be resolved in the first time itself. After that I immediately called Prashant Khanvilkar and told him the issue he said come on service center i can't talk with you on phone i am having call record of that also . I want these cheaters should be taught lesson this ### TVS company and its vehicles should be boycotted I am working in Mahindra as mechanical design engineer so I caught up the wrong things going in TVS showrooms from the support of company. neither the built up quality neither the engine is perfect .TVS vehicles are peace of ### after only 1 Year o[censored]se attaching proof in form of bill they charged me with no solution in the problem don't trust them i think when we leave our vehicle for service in their authorized service center then they put duplicate oil /lubricants in the name of company oil because you are not present there and they can do anything for money as these thieves have nothing to do with your safety they want money and only money always asks them the defective parts they have replaced and try to be there at service center and check weather they are replacing your defective parts with new one or not and most imp thing first go to some local shop ask him the issue what's went wrong and then go to the authorized service centers so that you must have the little knowledge of what the issue is and what they are replacing . I am attaching the photo of the replaced components also which i have collected back from service center.

we have experienced much bigger scam.. and suffering since 2 months. now our bike itself is forcibly taken away by dealer and they are not returning back and doing dadagiri on us. pls do reach me out on [protected].
