Uber drivers in bangalore (Especially auto drivers) are totally hopeless. I commute regularly from byappanahalli metro station. Although there are many uber autos available right outside the station, no one accepts the request. They instead charge heavily when i try to manually get an auto. They are extremely corrupt and charge 120rs for what it usually takes 50rs for a distance of 2.5kms. I don't know why uber doesn't take this very seriously. They need to have a tracking system to check how frequently the drivers don't accept the requests. Was this information helpful? |
