Uber India — A very disappointed customer

Hi, I am so so sooo disappointed with Bangalore Uber.
I booked 2 uber cabs this morning for my drop to the bangalore city railway station and both the drivers cancelled after they asked for my destination! I lost 20 precious minutes and had to rush in a private cab for ₹1100 to the station to board my train :((.
Why am I being charged ₹28 and my paytm was charged ₹7.41 too on top of all I went through! Very very unprofessional behaviour by your drivers, sorry to say and please refund my money.
During my stay in the city, my travel with uber was disappointing as well. Next time I am in Bangalore city am gonna try my best to look for an alternative and avoid Uber.
You disappointed me big time!
