Today i travelled from royal guest house bengaluru to c v raman nagar by a taxi (Ford fiesta). The driver name was shivanna. On our mobile in uber app money shown was rs.269.10 but the driver have taken rs.370 by showing a fake receipt in his mobile and charged us rs.370. We want justice and want that you should take an action. Kindly give us a quick feedback.

    I booked a cab around 4.30 pm today for my husband and fil from adyar to my home. He accepted and called me within few secs and told me that he is going to have his lunch and wil take 1/2 hr to reach them and he himself insisted me to cancel and i cancelled and booked again he again accepted the ride. I called him but he neither picked the call nor reached them. They waited for more than an hour and booked another cab.
    Please take necessary action against the driver and credit my cancel amount.

    driver name is thirumalaiapan.car no. is Tn07CE5847.u even can check his mobile that he got calls from [protected] and[protected]. his no. is[protected].take action on him for his irresponsibility. or else i will register complaint against uber for not taking action.

      I am a regular user o[censored]ber.. But past 2 trips my driver cancelled the ride without informing me. After waiting for the car for half an hour for both the time. My booked cab driver switched off his mobile after cancelling the ride... So i request you to please ask your drivers to inform wether he is coming or not as soon as possible.. Hope make an positive reply...

        I usually take a ride every weekend to a destination that is 4.8 km from my home. Rides o[censored]pto 8kms in delhi - ncr are covered under the promotional offer of rs.49. However due to a technical fault at uber's end, i have had to take this ride for as high as rs. 80 on multiple occasions. Inspite of multiple complaints, they are in no mood to resolve this issue and continue charging me heavily....

        My name is biswaranjan swain. I am staying at munekolala, marathalli area. This is to inform you that, i met an accident on 09/08/2017 around 10:50 pm night near kempegowda internation airport area with a taxi from uber company. I was going to pick my parents from airport driving my personal car bearing registration number ka 03 mz 5830. On the internal road of airport near the aviation building area, one red color taxi from uber company bearing registration number ka 50 a 5035 had hit me from back with heavy impact. While i was driving my car in the internal airport road slowly as it was raining abit, i saw in my mirror, a taxi was approaching behind me with fast speed. Initially i thought it will slow down as it was raining and a speed breaker was approaching, but the taxi did not slow down and it hit me from my back to my car's back bonnet. The impact was so heavy that my car bonnet was completely damaged with a big dent and it got cracked also. Please check the photographs for your reference. When i stopped the taxi and asked the driver why it did not slow down and caused the damage, he called his other taxi driver friends from uber on the place. By the time, the airport security vehicle and staff got there and were checking my car's condition. I asked the taxi driver for his car company's contact number or the car owner's contact number. But he was not willing to give me any. He told me to go and fix my car using my insurance. By the time i was taking his car's registration number photo, he was actually smiling at me tellingyou cannot do nything as uber does not have any customer support or contact and neither they will listen to you. So you do whatever you want to do. By that time his fellow uber driver friends arrived and started arguing with me that nothing has happened and you can fix it using your insurance. When i told them lets go to police station to discuss, they told, either you talk here or go away. They will not come to police station for any discussion. By thattime the airport security guard told us to move as they did not want us to stand in th einternal airport road. So the uber drivers asked us to come to their parking lot in airport to talk.in the mean time, when i was following them to uber's parking lot, the car which had hit me left in the way to out of airportand they took me to a dark and dumpy place which was called "app based taxi stand". There the drivers told me to accept rs 1000 by paytm and clear the discussion. When i told them my bumber will cost me atleast rs 10000 and the repairing cost in total will be around rs 12000, and i will not get complete amount from insurance and it was not my fault, so how can you say just take rs 1000 and forget, they told me either you accept rs 1000 or forget it. Dowhatever you can do. As there is no direct contact information o[censored]ber, i could reach them also. The drivers were so arrogant about their taxi company, that they did not care whether we can complain againts their rash driving to anyone.

        So i urge you to take strict action against such drivers or else no one will believe in your service.

          I HaeE Booked A TRIP ON 17/08/2017 at 8.30pm the trip was from shiva temple nimboliadda Hyderabad to west maredpally as he was unable to pickup from the pickup point as he was unable locate the location in the google map while arrival time also he has left my grand mother before the location and scolding us in bad word as i am advocate if there no action in this complaint then i will lodge a case in the consumer forum

            On tuesday 15/08/17 booked the cab evening around 6 to sreenagar hospital after around 15-20 mts he spoken very rudely saying that he could not locate the place actually he is very near to my pick up location, since it was raining i could not go to main road (I have seen the vehicle movement through my mobile) finally he cancelled himself.

              I have booked a ride from 12b russell street to 99 rashbehari ave in rs 40.00
              After long waiting driver not come for pickup and told your trip cancel whereas they start trip
              And cheating to start trip a good amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet without my ride
              I request for the refund and 100% compensation from company for cheating by uber driver.

                Today i booked uber pool at 8.55 am from ishan nagari to bajaj brandview, and i could see the cab nearing my destination and within few mins i saw the status on uber app as "on trip" whereas i was still at my gate. I tried to reach the driver, but his mobile was switched off. The mode of payment used by me was paytm, and after some time i got a notification that rs.99 + change has been deducted from my paytm account. I raised a complain in the help section of the app asking for refund, but they turned down my request stating that my trip was successful so they cannit refund. Then i spoke to the driver who said that he was at home and some other person was driving his cab (This is so unprofessional) and that his fone was not working. But the uber team is not agreeing and is not ready to refund.

                  In uber pass my fare was showing 99 cash to be paid but i was charged 150... Please refund my excess fare... My trip was from suncity ultadanga to satyanarayan park and it was within 10 km and i get off from the cab before reaching my destination and your driver was also not cooperating as he was telling he is stucked in the traffic (Main phas gaya) which is totally unprofessional behaviour. Feeling pity on him i get off from the cab before reaching my destination. What is the problem if different route is taken if it falls within 10 kms..??? Kindly update your mapof different routes for the same destination falling within 10 kms.. So please going through all the circumstances kindly return back my excess fare charged or i else i have to go to consumer forum...

                    We were coming from indirapuram shipra krishna vista at 11:15 pm and we kept our box in cabs dicky. Driver dropped us near arya samaj mandir, krishna kunj extension and without givinh my box he ran away. Driver name ia kamta and mobile number is [protected] and after that we called him several times but he didn't receive the call. It's such a horrible experience, which kind of service you are providing. First the driver said he will return the box but now he is refusing to return.
                    Please take some action other wise i have to file fir against driver and i will go to consumer forum also

                      I met with a car accident while traveling in a uber vehicle, but miraculously escaped severe injuries. However, i do have stress induced whiplash injuries which are causing me headaches, neck strain, numbness, shoulder pain, low back pain and other random aches and pains which are forcing me to stay off work. Uber conveniently transferred the blame to the driver and car owner alone and absolved themselves of all other liability. I am placing this complaint so as to inform readers of the irresponsibility of these cab companies and absolute disregard for customer distress and compensation. I request people to boycott uber so that they will be forced to take responsibility for such incidents in future.

                        It is to inform that from the last few months the promo code/gift code which is received through sms doesn't work/applied in my uber account against mob no. [protected] and shows "promotion codes are not available for this account and all trips will be charged at the full price".

                        Today i tried to add some promocode which i found through sms, but not able to add it and i got above message.

                          I had booked a ride on 09/06/17 from source: chanakyapuri, new delhi to destination: satpura apartments, sector 15 part-2, gurugram, haryana and my estimated ride amount was: rs.288.60.

                          But my driver didn't stopped the ride even after my drop and has continued the ride for about an hour. I have to forcefully cancel my ride and got charged with rs.429.78.

                          I have raised my concerns with uber for several time, but uber didnt bother to even look into the issue. This is very disgraceful o[censored]ber-india.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice, on 14th august, 17 i had booked your cab from alkapuri to baghlingampally, hyd.
                            I spoke to your cab driver and explained the address clearly.in spite of that he has not reached our pick up address and withouth informing me he him self cancelled the booking.

                            Now you have charged rs. 52.50 how far it is fair? Your cab drive has done the mistake and for which you are penalizing me it is correct. You can see my usage of your service, if you do this type of things, in future i will not use your cabs any more. I have so many options.

                            Pl reply or call back i will this amount has to be reimbursed, with out any second thought.

Your company sent me vehicle registration no. Dl1rt4501 maruti wagon r in rs89/-. The driver picked me up from my residence subhash nagar, new delhi then driver picked one more customer form rajouri garden, j - block, new delhi-110027. Driver drop the lady customer at ring road near tv tower pitam pura, delhi then driver drop me at my location gurudwara nanak piao sahib, delhi-110007. Driver stopped their and ask me to pay rs. 345/- for this ride. I told the driver i have book sharing cab and uber company demanded rs.89/- for this rides. I have also shown my phone to him on which my uber app account showed the ride details. Driver called customer care meanwhile i request to driver that i am already late and paid him rs.89/- and left the cab. I took screen short of my uber app account, where it has been clearly seen the details.

                              I have checked my email to see the billing details which shocked me. It was showing that i have travelled from subhash nagar to some unknown place in lohar in punjab-144623 in just 54 minutes and the travelled distance is 10.30 km.

                              This is a clear case of negligence on the part of company which is causing a huge problem for me in my daily routine travelling. I consider it a case of cheating.

                              I am hereby sending you a notice to correct my trip bill dated 31st july and also compensate me rs.10000/- for this fraud receipt and take necessary legal action against the driver otherwise your company is responsible for this fraud as per the law.

                                I booked an uber cab in west delhi with balbir having a wagon r 5147. He couldn't reach the location and started the trip in his own without any pick up, as i called him he cancelled the ride and afterwards i gave him a low rating for a bad pick up. Few minutes later he called me from this number [protected] and used abusive languages which one of my female friend heard as she picked up the phone. I asked him politely i gave the rating as per pick up problem on which he replied he is waiting at my pick up location to kill me. Afterwards he blocked my number. I want a strict action against such drivers.

                                  Uneducated drivers, uber is not to help people it is to only charge unnecessary charges to poor people, people in india are paying for the services which they have never got, pathetic uber management. Not recommendable to anyone.

                                  Please stop uber lots to say about uber but won't waste my time, i have experienced bad services o[censored]ber not once but many times, it is eating middle class and poor people hard earned money.

                                    Hi,

                                    Yesterday (15th aug) i have booked a cab from yeshwantpur railway station to naganathpura, electronic city. Estimated trip was showing 907 rs when travelled through nice road that is approximately 50kms in distance. As there was a holiday and found no traffic in the city so asked driver to travel through the city which is the shortest distance and travelled only 25.83 kms and time taken was only 1 hour 12sec.
                                    When the trip was over i have been charged the same as estimated while booking the cab, though i have travelled in shortest route and completed the trip in less than an expected travel time.

                                    Please look into this issue and help me to get my refund back.

                                      Consider this email as severity issue, when i booked cab it was showing me 249.58 amount and after reaching to destination i observed it was showing 307.15 rupees on driver uber application. I have checked my app that time i was still showing 249.58 amount for the trip.

                                      I don't know what is the problem with your application/app but i want my extra money back.

                                      But whenever I try adding it, it shows promo is invalid though I got the same message twice.
