Subject: Complaint cum notice
Sir,
It is submitted that I have booked a share cab form my residence house no 216, block-01, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110027 to Gurudwara Nanak Piao, Near Rana Partap Bagh, Delhi-110007 on 31st July 2017. your company sent me Vehicle Registration NO.DL1RT4501 Maruti Wagon R in Rs89/-. The Driver Picked me up from my residence Subhash nagar, New Delhi then Driver picked one more Customer form Rajouri Garden, J- Block, New Delhi-110027. Driver drop the lady customer at Ring Road Near TV Tower Pitam Pura, Delhi then Driver drop me at my location Gurudwara Nanak Piao Sahib, Delhi-110007. Driver stopped their and ask me to Pay Rs. 345/- for this ride. I told the driver I have book sharing cab and uber company demanded Rs.89/- for this rides. I have also shown my phone to him on which my uber app account showed the ride details. Driver called customer care meanwhile I request to driver that I am already late and paid him Rs.89/- and left the cab. I took screen short of my uber app account, where it has been clearly seen the details.
I have checked my email to see the billing details which shocked me. It was showing that I have travelled from Subhash Nagar to some unknown place in lohar in Punjab-144623 in just 54 minutes and the travelled distance is 10.30 km.
This is a clear case of negligence on the part of company which is causing a huge problem for me in my daily routine travelling. I consider it a case of cheating.
I am hereby sending you a notice to correct my Trip Bill Dated 31st July and also compensate me Rs.10000/- for this fraud Receipt and take necessary legal action against the Driver otherwise your company is responsible for this fraud as per the law.
