I booked an uber cab in west delhi with balbir having a wagon r 5147. He couldn't reach the location and started the trip in his own without any pick up, as i called him he cancelled the ride and afterwards i gave him a low rating for a bad pick up. Uneducated drivers, uber is not to help people it is to only charge unnecessary charges to poor people, people in india are paying for the services which they have never got, pathetic uber management. Not recommendable to anyone.

Please stop uber lots to say about uber but won't waste my time, i have experienced bad services o[censored]ber not once but many times, it is eating middle class and poor people hard earned money....

Yesterday (15th aug) i have booked a cab from yeshwantpur railway station to naganathpura, electronic city. Estimated trip was showing 907 rs when travelled through nice road that is approximately 50kms in distance. As there was a holiday and found no traffic in the city so asked driver to travel through the city which is the shortest distance and travelled only 25.83 kms and time taken was only 1 hour 12sec.

Consider this email as severity issue, when i booked cab it was showing me 249.58 amount and after reaching to destination i observed it was showing 307.15 rupees on driver uber application. I have checked my app that time i was still showing 249.58 amount for the trip.

I don't know what is the problem with your application/app but i want my extra money back....

I am a regular uber customer and nowadays i am getting promo offers like 25% off 50% off and all but when i apply the promo coupons and when i am riding with uber the rate comes the same if its 25% of or 50% off or if it doesnt contain any promos then also the amount is the same... This is not a decent approach by a reputed company like uber... If you are offering discounts then that should be seen in the fare... Please dont cheat your customers...

I had booked an uber cab yesterday morning, that is, on the 15th of august, 2017. I am from jaipur and the area at which i called the cab is an institutional area. I booked an uber pool at 9:21 pm from ina metro stn. Gate no. 2 to rajapuri, uttam nagar east.
It shows that will be there after 7 minutes.

I had booked an uber whose vehicle number is WB 05 3462 driver name is Neeraj. When I booked uber he comes late. Later on when I request him to turn little back suddenly he started abusing me. He used slang languages. I don't understand how uber company has given licence to such a person who doesn't know how to talk with clients. During my travel in bangalore the charges were shown as rs 135, however the driver demanded rs 285.00 saying old outstanding balance rs 150 as there was no such balance outstanding you may pls refund the amount.

Pls consider this ccomplai... I am the regular customer to uber. When we booked the car[uber] it seems reasonable estimate fair charges, but when we complete our trip the driver would ask fair charges which is too costlier than the estimate fair charges... Myself deepika, travelled in uber go on 15th august at 8:24am from watkins lane till newtown rajarhat... My account showed me... It ll be charged rs.252.32. On the arrival the bill came to be rs. 298.18 and i was forced to pay rs. 300 for what purpose i don't know.

Myself sucheta, travelled in uber pool on 13th august at 9:50pm from sowcarpet till abirami mega mall... My account showed me... It ll be charged 89.53rs for two passengers in uber pool. On the arrival i paid 142.0rs for what purpose i don't know. It said riders outstanding balance.

Plz refund our money which was taken by mistake i guess... Kindly rectify the problem.

Uber massges me today your next 10 ride uber will be 50% off and promocode is given. I'm open my uber account and code fill up. I'm see uber notify me your promocode is expire. What to do uber is lyar. if you not afford to a free ride so not cheating from customs. If you not given me 10 ride 50% of so I'm not using to a uber cab and not using my friend. While in my uber ride which was supposed to be cashless, my driver said that the payment portal was down and I need to pay by cash, to which I agreed and later on found that I was cheated, I complained to uber hoping to get my money back, however they did nothing not even allowing me to contact the driver, this is planned robbery in broad daylight....

I booked a ride in uber today at 4.44pm and the driver said he already on another ride. So he will come after 20 mins and took my 3-4 mins on call. After that when i cancelled the ride to book another as i have to catch the train within 30 mins. Uber charged 52 rs as cancellation charge. It was the drivers mistake how he accepted my ride while he was on another ride already. Please solve my issue....
