Today morning i booked a uber car, and after the journey was completed, instead of charging me the discounted amount of rs.21.28 (Since i had applied a promo code), also charged for last two cancelled trip also.
But those two trips - one on 20/05/17, 8.16 pm and another on 23/07/17, 5.42 am were cancelled due to the refusal of the drivers. This is really harassment for me. Why a customer will suffer for the refusal of the drivers....

I am vishvas and i used uber rides too much and one day my uber app already uninstalled by own and in my account there is 132rs in my uber money. And if i installed my app again uber app shows that, dis number is already registered change your number and i forgot my password. Can you please tell me how to install again and use uber rides again and got my money back.

I booked a scheduled trip yesterday for 30th july 5:50-6:05 am. So i came from bathroom around 5:55 in the morning and i checked uber if i got the driver details. When i opened app i got the drivers details in the notification bar but when i touched it, it wasn't happening anything so i again closed the app n opened it and i saw it was automatically cancelled. Then i had to book another cab for which i got a msg that i will be charged extra...

I took a trip on july 26. I took uberpool and i should have received a bill of rs 49 but got a rs 89 bill. Same thing happened on july 29. Even after reporting issue to uber support, neither they are responding. And few response provided by support were irrelevant and were diverting context from actual issues. I also tried contacting support on twitter but uber isn't responding.
Reporting genuine problems, uber isn't taking action...

I book uber taxi from dr karni singh shooting range, tughlakabad, delhi, to sartita vihar delhi, driver name mahesh and delhi registration no 6037, i forget my mobile in taxi i get down sarita vihar that time i find my mobile bot not get it that time i remember i forget in taxi with driver site seat and phone is on vibration mode i call so many times but no response...

My colleagues and me took an uber cab on 28th jul evening from bellandur to kathriguppe. We told the driver to take the optimum route that we suggest which the driver denied and said he will be using the route shown by map on app. As we travel every weekday at the same time in that traffic, we know the best route to reach the same destination. Dasharath driver cancelled without any intimation to me so i again booked uber at 9:27, gurram driver was cancelled my ride without any intimation to me. That day (27/07/2017) i did'nt use uber service. So today, i was charged subsequently charged in my ride at 9.09 a. M. (Driver vishnu) i protested and paid rs. 157.

Dear concern, yesterday i had booked an uber cab from my travel from delhi domestic t1 airport to dwarka sector 3. The cab driver refused to pick me up from the pickup point at the airport stating he will have to pay additional inr 150/- for entering the airport (Which i believe is covered in the bill). I need to know the reason why i should be penalised for no mistake on my part.

Today in the morning trip in gurgaon, i forget my phone in uber. I was going for an urgent meetings so in hurry i left my phone there by mistake. Experience which i got after that trying contacting uber is just horrible. Following options i tried at that time -

I booked an uber go vehicle in advance in the morning of friday (28/07/2017) for a pickup at 08:40pm from lemontree hotel, hitech city, hyderabad to mubarak manzil, sun city, hyderabad.

The fare showed at the time was between inr 250 — inr 280.

I checked in the evening as we all know the fare can deviate slightly, and the fare displayed was inr 227 — inr 273.

The vehicle arrived and it wasn't...

Uber has cheated me collecting 255 rs where actual receipt prices was 164.

When i had asked about high fee, they said i earlier cancelled 2 trips and cancellation amount 36 and 50 rs. But, these two fees were already collected in jun trips itself only.

But, when i had one more trip on july 28th. They again charged that cancellations fee. But, i have not cancelled any other trip other those 2...

I have proofs that people have some kind of codes or they might have any kind of special access using which they get free rides o[censored]ber. They sell out these free uber pool rides at low price like rs. 10 to people. The codes i am talking about is not the codes given by uber for promotion.

These people have codes since the start o[censored]ber in delhi. They have earned lacs of money through selling these rides and uber have lost millions...

On 25th july'17, i took an uber share to east of kailash. The person i was sharing my cab with was already seated and was to be near the jawaharlal nehru stadium. I was picked up from kishangarh. So logically, although he was sitting before me, east of kailash comes before jnu so i should have been dropped before him on the way. The driver infact tried to communicate the same to the customer care as it did not make sense for him to go 6kms...

I have booked a uber cab from laxmi nagar, kothapeta to lb nagar orange hospitals at 13.12 hrs on 28.07.17 & supposed to arrive in 2 mts. I have waited until 13.30 hrs. I called the driver balaji but his cell was switched off. I had to cancel the trip. I have been charged rs. 52.50 for cancellation.

Please arrange to waive the cancellation charges.

I, the undersigned was charged rs.63 on[protected] for a uber ride that i had booked. I regretfully state that the driver had failed to reach the point of pick up even after 10 mins of delay and after repeated calls to him.

I had to wait for him during that time and after failing to understand why he hadn't turned up at the pick location, i had to avail other means of communication.br...

I hired uber cab today from pimple saudagar pune to salisbury park. The actual fare was 402 but i was charged 466 rs. For some cancellation which i m not aware. I had made ride on July 4 evening from nungabakkam, chennai to padur, chennai dropped at 8:30 pm.

During booking I had selected card payment and while drop I had paid through cash.

Also I had consulted with driver before I pay cash and he has revert the pay but they amount is outstanding and can't ride further asking for due payment.

Hence I can't able to ride further. Early you resolve then early...
