Hello Team,

I had applied the promo code ICICI50 on my number [protected] on 18th December 2016 and while i booked the cab for grant rd it did not work and i had to pay 433/- for the trip.

the driver was also not very helpful as i showed him the coupon applied onto my number.

I had lodged the complain on UBER the same day and they said they will get back to me but i have not received any reply from them.

Kindly help me.

Today was the 1st time I tried the Uber and was charged Rs 60 for some cancellation fee.
This being the 1st time and was displeased for charging something which i had not used.
Anyway paid the drive the Rs 60 also but have had a bitter experience the 1st time and so would reframe for using Uber in future.

    Today I have booked my Uber from U Block to New Udaan Bhawan. One more person was pooled whose drop was Udhyog Vihar. The driver when dropped the guy at Udhyog Vihar, he has by mistake closed my trip as well. My money got deducted and the driver said that since he has closed my trip then he cannot drop me at my location "New Udaan Bhawan", has refuse me to take the trip further and dropped me near Udhyog Vihar.
    Do take necessary actions on the driver. The driver of the Uber are so illiterate that they don't know how to behave with the customer. He was really rude. It was his mistake to closed the trip but still didn't behave properly and dropped me in between.

      When we select CARD as a payment mode in UBER the trip will be booked successfully but at the end of the trip it will not pop up any dialog to pay.

      Then we will not be able to book any ride because of the due, to clear the due we have login to uber site there we have to clear by selecting some other payment mode.

      I[censored]BER is not able to handle the CARD payment why there are giving an option.

      On top of this there are many offers are there for CARD payment so we will choose UBER over others, but at the end we will not be able to pay using card.So UBER will get more business. What a strategy!.

      Today I booked an Uber ride for my Mother and it was a cash payment ride. When the car reaches the destination point, he asked 200Rs for the ride, in the mean time the Uber Mobile app is showing only 119. But he argued with my mom and asked for 200rs.

        UBER will change the payment mode and they will charge to a payment Mode which is already removed!!!

        I booked the cab on 18th dec 2016 by selecting MASTER CARD as there was a free ride (every 4th ride free) but at end of the ride 413 was charged to airtel money account! (UBER has changed the mode by itself!).
        Then i removed airtel money payment mode. I raised a complaint they changed the payment mode to MASTER CARD with out crediting the money back to Airtel money account. But they have not considered the free ride / uber has removed that free ride) so they put due for 413 rupees for MASTER CARD.
        But in the app i was not able to pay the amount as there is no pop up.

        Then again i wrote a mail, then they changed 413 again to Airtel money !(which was removed already ).

        Now i lost 413 rupees at least, not able to book the cab, not able to clear the due, UBER has removed the free ride.

        I have sent several mails but there is no reply from UBER.

          I had taken a ride on 28th November. The amount of 723 rupees got deducted from my paytm wallet but the amount did not reach uber. in order to pay tha amount I changed the phone number to link it with other paytm and successfully paid the amount. as a result uber blocked my account. and there is no reply from anyone. i[censored]ber is reading this kindly send a reply as to how to resume the services.

            I use the uber app to undertake my trip in guwahati, assam, india which was for only 4.36 km and for only trip duration of 6.24 minutes, but they have charged a hefty amount of rs 314, which i have to pay in cash.

            So i request you to take this issue seriously as uber has started to fraud with the passenger. I have become victim of their faulty system.

              I am complaining about one of the ride which is not taken by me and the money got deducted from my paytm wallet, and i have complained multiple times about this but there has been no action taken to return my money of the ride 299.41, which was deducted on 6th dec 2016 from my paytm account,

                I have booked a cab from sarai rohilla to axis house sector 128 noida, and fair showing 453 rs and after applying code hc101 of tapzo,,, the amount i have to pay showing rs0,,, but after completion of ride,, it was showing rs 403/-...

                This was a cheating,,,,, i am not happy with the overall experience...

                  Share Details: I have been twice charged for the same amount and driver charged exta, i had taken a ride on 17th december he charged 350rs for a 256rs ride and dint update the amount which remained balance in my account, driver details are here [protected] SANDEEP MH14FC1124 maruti swift dzire Later today on 19th december 2016 had requested for uber ride and my dad was forced to pay rs 408 for a 152rs ride.. That is an additional charge of 256 which i had paid during my previous ride, name nandu driving toyota etios..[protected], i called both drivers and they were abusive and the secon one nandu threatened me to hit me, he was abusive too, i will lodge a police complain against ur company and in the consumer forum too.. I want refund as soon as possible with compensation in addition to an apology from the company, please get in touch as soon as u can here is my number [protected]

                    I travelled for 10.15 km and travel time was 14.34 minutes from sector 11 Panchkula to Elante Mall Chandigarh on 18th Dec 2016 by Ubergo and was charged Rs 147.51 which is double the charges as today when I checked the fare on Uber for this journey its showing estimate fare if Rs79-Rs99 depending upon traffic. Please look into the matter and refund the extra amount charged. Please also advise the reason for this so that crediblity in your services is retainted.

                      Charged additional amount then the estimated amount stated

                      When i booked the cab @ 08.17 hrs from Bannerghatta road to Indira Nagar it showed me the estimate as 230,

                      Now a days they say there is no surge price, instead of surge price they started giving an estimated fare. The estimated fare for the distance is usually Rs. 176 to 180/- if you book the cab before 0830 hrs.

                      Despite the estimated price was high I have booked the cab.

                      Now i am even more...

                      I had got the taxi booked through TAPZO (formerly HELPCHAT) Application and it was informed to me at 9.03 PM of 18.12.2016 that the trip distance was 13.63 Kms. and trip fare was Rs.153/-.

                      I had opted for payment mode by "Paytm" and was surprised to note that this account was debited by Rs.280.90 which is quite illegal and fraudulent.

                      You are advised to immediately have the credit of my account with Paytm by Rs.127.90.

                        Hello Uber Team,

                        Had to reach sec bad train station and booked an uber cab on 18th dec. Driver called immediately and mentioned that the pickup location was more than 5 kms away from his location and hence he will not be able to come pick me up. He refused to cancel on his side and asked me to cancel the request on my side. Also, The only way he would come pick me up was if he can 'start' the trip from where he is located (5kms away).

                        Given my requirement to reach the train station on time .. I was forced to cancel the request and re-request again for the same route.

                        All my Uber rides so far have been excellent, Except for this driver. I would like to bring this to your attention to avoid other riders being treated Un-Uber'ly.

                          As per the trailing mail,

                          I have travel by uber cab (Sharing cab) on 12th nov 2016 from delhi civil line to jathedar harbans singh bhogal marg, nizamuddin, jaipur estata, nizamuddin east. As per the invoice, i suppose to pay 136.24 rs. And the same amount had been paid by cash at the same time which was illustrated in the trailing mail.

                          Now, couple of days ago i have book an uber cab at vadodara. After reaching at my destination the cab driver told me that i have pending this much amount to pay and he charged me latest amount plus 136.24 rs, amounting 230 rs. Which is unexpected.

                          In addition to this the invoice i have received to me was around 94 rs. Instead of 230 rs. Can you please tell me what kind of action from your side.

                          You are therefor please requested to look into this mater and return back my money which was paid double time for the same traveling.

                          I have shown my trust on uber cab service as i am always use your service among all other service providers. If this kind of additional payment i have to pay, it can not bearable for me.

                            Yesterday (16-Dec-2016) I took uberpool at the time of booking(6:15PM) it showed Rs 125.36. when I reached destination (I left 2km before my destination). I got a message telling a charge of 218.82 deducted from my paytm account. I am helpless I cannot even contest it seems they can deduct what ever amount they like and tell whatever reason they want.
                            I got a message telling the amount deducted because of surge charge. I was extremely disappoint and raised a request with uber but they were not helpful they told what they did is correct which doesn't make any sense. I am removing the app and planning on going ahead with raising complaints wherever possible

                            I am attaching the screenshot of the excess charged bill. I felt cheated by uber.. I feel Paytm will become a way to cheat people because they can take money from paytm whenever they want and how much they want.

                              I booked uber cab at 1101 hrs... The driver does not reached at my location... I wait for some times... And then a massage was came that driver mr safikul has cancelled the ride... Thereafter i booked another uber cab... 2nd cab charged 60 're additional for previous cancellation... Which is cancelled by the 1st rider... My mobile number is [protected]

                                  I traveled from btm layout to whitefield in bangalore using ubergo on 13th december 2016 at 7:28am. At end of journey billed amount was 544.66 and driver took 2000rs from me and fled away without giving the change. Over that additionally 544 charged to my credit card.

                                    For my last ride today I had to Rs 60 cash to to the driver as you charged me fee for previous ride that was cancelled by the driver, upon that you also debited another Rs 60 from my uber money. I stood in an ATM que for 2 hrs to get cash and I have to pay you for your fraudulent ways. I need my money back. Both the cash that I had to pay and the Uber money that you debited

                                      Hi..last friday i booked a cab for my friend and while getting down he payed the money in cash Rs 290.

                                      After few days when i recharged my paytm account, uber deducted 290 Rs again.

                                      I request uber to pay me 10 times now for the inconvenience caused to me as it has 100s of similar cases reported againt the company. Now since in the past i also had a similar experience. I am surprised i[censored]ber allow people to walk away without giving any charge and charge after few days on its own. Its a criminal activity and I request concerned authorities to take action immediately.
