I am 24 year odi had booked an uber cab from thane (Mumbai). The driver was very ill mannered, incompetent, rude, shameless and threatening. He yelled at me, askd me to get out of the car in the middle of the road, inspite of the fact that i had a small kid and an old lady with me. He told me hez very rich, has many flats and cars in mumbai, and that i should cancel my ride. He askd me to cancel the ride 2 times, and when i finally askd him to stop the car, he didnt stop the car, and continued driving. He made my ride extremely stressful and my experience with uber was pathetic.

    On more than few occassion, i double checked the invoice detail on km and time travelled, against google apps.
    I saw consistently the Uber system was over stating the km and time by atleast 5%.
    Not everyone is going to check that.
    But if you do it systematically the public is being ripped off, under false stand that uber is cheaper than the rest.
    Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I registered my mothers number on 3rd May using my code. She got 150 off for 1st ride but i didnt receive any payment. My number is [protected].

      My registered e-mail id with uber is [protected]@gmail.com. I stay in pune and my mobile number is [protected]. My complaint is that one free ride was available to me and when i checked my uber account recently i have come to know that the same has just been vanished. Please look into the matter and restore the same under advice to me.

      In this connection, i wrote you on 26th march 2016 (Request no.[protected] & 19th april 2016 (Request no.[protected].In your reply it has been mentioned that your complaint has been resolved but the same has not been resolved as yet.

      Please look into the matter again and do the needful urgently under intimation to me.

        Yesterday you r charged rs 60 cancillation charges what is the reason i pressed pick up location after few minutes later driver called to me where is the pick up point i am telling appollo hospital hyderguda but driver says wrong address that is not my fault why should u charge cancillation charge it is not currect way so cancilation charges credit my account

          Yesterday I travelled by uber taxi, chennai, my first ride. Left my ipad in the last row seat. While getting down i saw the ipad 101 percent and asked my kids to take it as I was already having a luggage. My kids didnt hear it and the taxi left. I called the driver and he came back after 5-6 minutes. I called after 30 seconds. he could hve reversed the car but he said he was taking a u-turn. I have a strong feeling that he has done something to my ipad - given it to someone or hid it inside the car in a unreachable place. My dad and I thoroughly searched for the ipad but we could not. The biggest mistake I did was when i called him back i disclosed that i had left my ipad in the last seat. I m 100 percent sure that the driver has taken the ipad. I lodged a complaint with uber but till now they did not call me. The complaint cell is only through email and not by phone. please be careful with uber. their drivers are horrible to the core. I am trying to track down my ipad from iphone. but i need justice from uber.!!.

          I had travelled with UBER and left a bag containing 5 pair of footwear. I have been in constant touch with the owner and UBER but I'm unable to get my stuff back.

          Owner confirms to return but every time he will make excuses even though I have confirmed to reward him. I have given Ms.Sanjana Malvekar o[censored]BER all details including the person's mobile number who confirms to hold my article still there is no initiative from UBER.

          I wonder what is UBER's policy to help customers.

          Hope the company will take account of this message.

            Driver misbehaved with ladies
            Booked a trip from adyar indra nagar chennai to chennai central on 08/05/2016 at 1.30 pm. Driver name is devaraj taxi no: tn118067 maruti suzuki. There were only ladies and children and then driver didnt even bother to get out from the car and help to put the luggage, when we asked you would have help to arrange the luggagae as we couldn't do it properly. He got angry and talked very badly to us. As we had to catch the train on time and there was no time to book another cab we travelled in that taxi and we told we will complain he just told very rudely go and complain and note down taxi number and all, nothing can do against him. His behaviour shows that uber dont bother to respond to the customer complaints, that is why he challegended us to complain. If he is afraid of the actions by uber he wouldnt have behaved like this. Anyway i am going to file a police case against him for behaving badly to ladies.

            My account is suspended because I am having 5 free rides in my account. If they don't want to give free rides y do the promise and tell to share with others. They didn't even inform that they r going to suspend the account. They are not giving correct reason for suspension.
            I add 200 rs. thru paytm wallet in uber account and they charge extra for cancel cab and blocked my account.

              I had raised a complaint against the driver as he had refused to ply and had used a threatening voice against me.

              The request # is[protected] and the company has refunded my money, but suspended my account based on false account of information provided by the driver

              The driver has accused me of physical altercation, which never happened. There was no exchange of cuss words, only that I had warned the driver of a bad rating due to the high handedness shown to me .

              The driver also in his high handedness said that he is charging my trip and I will have to take back my money from the company

              This is a blatant violation of my rights and dignity

              Hi,

              I was charged airport surcharge and the driver did not have to pay a penny to the airport authorities as we drove by so we were simply charged.

              Also, the driver did not inform us any such surcharge is there.

              Please send us the refund of Rs 120.
              Uber driver chet with me for fare... my ride is approve for free but he forcefully cherged from me

                I took Uber from Bangalore Airport on 2nd of May using Airtel money as payment source. Unfortunately I wasn't having sufficient balance while payment. Next day I had put some money to my airtel wallet and the amount was deducted twice from wallet for a single ride. I have transaction Id for both the transaction

                Morning 11:18 AM[protected] Failed from Uber)
                Evening 4:36 PM[protected] Deducted from airtel Money)

                Ideal amount : 740.53
                Deducted amount: 1481.60

                I am trying to reach Uber support but there is no proper response from uber. I need to get this case escalated and resolved ASAP.


                I need a refund of 740.53 as Airtel straight away told that transaction is successful from there's side.

                  I have booked a cab from sector 44, gurgaon. I had to go to the airport. When i called the driver, he said that he could not go to the airport because his car is diesel. so ideally, he should be the one to cancel the ride. but he did not do it for more than an hour and the ride got cancelled by uber. uber deducted Rs.80 paytm cash from my account. this is cheating because it was the driver who was not willing to go, why should i pay the cancellation charges.

                  We are unknowingly registered uber go insted o[censored]ber xl but at the time of getting into the cab the driver says this is not "bulleckcart" is this the way to handel your customers ?kindly look into the matter seriously for getting more satisfactory customers

                    I really need to make you look into this matter. I regularly use Uber for all my rides, generally Ubergo in Delhi.

                    Today I happened to use uber pool for the first time and I have been charged horrendously for just 5km travel even in the “ carpool option”.

                    It is 3 times the fare if I would have used Ubergo all alone. In Ubergo the fare for the same distance is INR 80 /- approx..

                    However today when it should be half the price I notice it is charged IINR 188/- almost triple the fare.

                    This is absolutely cheating the customer, Also the balance amount of INR 282/- has also been scraped from my account. Means today I had a total loss of INR 470/-

                    Please look into this asap. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                      I am aware about the discussions going on about the surge charges. But looks like we don't have any impact on the result of discussions. Because recently I have paid 135rs just for 2.85km and no waiting time was there.

                      We are paying double triple amount surge pricing for Uber and OLA cabs.

                      Can you please take an action against it?

                      The case which I mentioned about is not only for uber. It is same with Ola as well. I have seen 3x and 4x... they are asking us to pay. If you can reduce or stop this loot it will be great enough for a common man's life.

                        Dear sir,
                        it is to bring in your kind attention that I sent my known from pitam pura to new delhi railway station. The cab driver pawan has charged from the passengers in cash at new delhi railway station for the trip whereas I was also charged from my paytm wallet.
                        when I asked why he has charged from the passengers once I am charged from my paytm wallet. he said I do not know since my mobile was showing this amount I charged the same .

                        inview of this I request u to kindly check what went wrong and refund me the extra charge of Rs211.

                          Uber cab driver with the cab shown in photo graph has damaged my parked car today[protected] around 11-00 am .

                          After conversation with him I found he was drunk and his name is dinesh with white Indigo GJ 6 AV 2520

                          You can verify location of that cab for this time near Manglya park society, Garamond-warasiya road, Vadodara . Gujarat.

                          Kindly take needful action towards this and pay compensation for damages as early as possible otherwise I'll lodge complain in Pollice against Uber

                          contact me within 2 days for this otherwise I'll take Uber to the court.

                            When i came here in delhi.I was in a need of taxi but there was no taxi around at 5:00 am. I decided to book an Uber cab. I booked a cab and called the driver and he said i am coming in 5 minutes and after half an hour he didnt picked up my phone and there was no response from the driver from 1.5 hours i was in a emergency i wanted to reach my destination on time but it was totally the fault of the driver because of whom i was standing on a lonely street for a long time . I have the details of that driver

                            I want that a strict action should be taken against the driver .

                              I frequently visit hyderabad & back to kolkata. In most time Uber is unavailable or chrages 2.2 times extra. Sometime when you book uber driver asks to cancel. So It is a useless transport. In kolkata on road taxi is there so the we dont have to depend on bloody uber. I n hyderabad the only mode of onroad transport is Auto or onroad Taxi is available kolkata, Delhi or Bombay, one has to depend on uber or ola

                              Promotions disabled

                              I am a regular customer o[censored]ber. Since the last few days promo codes on my account have been disabled. on connecting with the help centre there is no appropriate response and they are unable to provide reason for disabling the applicability of promo codes. This is utter non sense.

                                On 26 April night 11 pm, I picked uber taxi from chennai central to iit..I have chosen 1.5 fare rate..even though his app showed 321 rs, but he bought 642 rs and said this rate because of 1.5x..when I reached room and checked bill in app, I found only rs 321(1.5xrate rs 107 added)..thus I realized cheating happened..driver name prabhudeva..pls help me

                                  I was charge 150 for travelling from mylapore to pudupet. but actual fare which was displayed in my uber app is 100. i asked your driver, he said if i cancelled any ride i would be charged 50. but actually yesterday the driver himself dont know the route he didnt understand the route. he went far away from our location and he himself cancelled. KINDLY CHECK AND LET US KNOW AND REFUND THE AMOUNT BACK IF POSSIBLE. ITS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE. Yesterday night we booked a cab at night 8 but the driver said he is coming then after few calls he went away from tge location. Then he himself cancelled. Then i booked another cab then i requested him for 8 member cab he told to cancell. This is jot wat i expected. Really disappointed...

                                    I m pune and i use uber cabs. Well known cabs all over the world and esteem remarks o[censored]r business, i personally pursue this cab everyday but from last two days the after the booking of my cab the drivers are rude and ill mannered.. I would request u to plss train the drivers some basic manners and equites so dat they show some respect to the passengers.

                                        I booked a cab using uber on monday 18th of april 2016 at 3:59pm. Which showed rs.191.59 as fare to be paid while the app was constantly showing 2-3 minutes of arriving time.The cab came at around 25 minutes. After the trip handed my phone showed fare to be and i got the receipt via email for the same but driver's device showed the fare of 241.59. I had to pay extra on trip which highly disappointed. .I want this issue to be resolved real quickly. .Otherwise i will have to take a legal action. ...
