I have been using uber cabs since 2014-15 and having a favorable opinion all these days. As the company is getting older, i see the quality of service is stooping down and may spell doom one day.
Not all, but some drivers are spoiling the name
A) by way of their ignorance (Reading the map)
B) cars are not in a good condition, lot of rattling noises.
C) no cleanliness in the car.
D)...

I was charged inaapropiate;ly by ubver.
They dont even have a customer care where customers can share their grieviences.

I am trying to book a cab for the past 7 days, but everytime i try booking one it prompts me with a message that the previous outstanding you are facing is not cleared yet.
They even have substratced an amoubt of 200, its still showing me the same issue.

I need my refund back...

After I booked the car the driver called me and he was addressing me as 'tumi' instead of 'apni'. I cancelled the rode after some time due to some other reason but he again called me after an hour and did just did not speak anything. What is this. Teach your driver some manners....

I booked an Uber cab on 10th april at around 7:30am from my house to kempegowda international airport.He came till my house and then he said i will not go to airport because then i have to come back empty..without any passengers, which was not our problem beacause we booked only for one sided and no round trip.He also said "am not intrsted..although you are requesting...am going to city", he acted as if its his private taxi.I trusted uber...

I took a ubergo cab from uppal (Hyderabad) to nizampet (Hyderabad). The distance is around 30 kms. Over an above the normal charges of base price, time charges and distance charges, uber has charged me for distance surcharge. I used an Uber cab this morning (1st April 2016) from Aerocity to DLF Square in Gurgaon. The driver named Parikshan cab no. 2919 cheated me by charging me twice on Paytm and took cash from me. On reaching the destination, Paytm was slow and did not show up, so he asked me cash and I paid him. Later I found the payment on Paytm went through. Will never use Uber again !...

I booked a cab using Uberpool at 10.43 am on 30/03/2016, which showed Rs.125.30 as fare to be paid . While the app was constantly showing 2-3 minutes of arriving time, the cab came at around 11.00 am. After the trip had handed, my phone showed fare to be paid is Rs.125.30 and I got the receipt via email for the same. But driver's device showed the fare of Rs.223. Lots of people don't complain but the matter of fact is that uber is just been cheating with their promotional code. They give the promotional code and the time you complete your travel, the promotional code is not valid and you have to pay the full money.

Today at 9:29 AM I have booked Uber and my booking was confirmed with driver BIPIN. The driver did not call us. We had to call the driver twice and asked to come to near by nodal point. Uber suspended my account. I wasn't notified about it.
I couldn't book any rides. I had a free ride in my account too.
And now I can't even sign into my account.
I reached out to uber by email and all I was told is that my account has been suspended and that it will remain suspended for the time being. I wasn't given any time information at all.
I emailed them again asking why I was suspended.i still haven't...

On 24th march, I traveled in UBER cab. As I do not have any amount in my paytm cash. I choose payment with Cash.

Driver showed me the amount when the ride was over, it was Rs. 196. Later when I checked in my account it was Rs. 136.


More over, I had Rs. 150 free referral ride. I used uber 2 times in a row, don't know when this code gonna work.

Seems like they got new ways to make money !!!...

Driver refuse to come to destination for pick up and excepted custmer to reach him. Location was put west patel nagar for pick u and he did not bother to call and check address. When i called he was rude and telling that i cannot come and look for location i should reach him. I had cancelled the cab as this is not acceptable and best is i have been charged for cancellation....

Uber cab service is pathetic in India & you'll feel cheated everytime you travel with them. They will charge cancellation fee of Rs. 80 everytime the booking is cancelled by the cab driver due to his own reasons. Their so called promo codes never work and after paying the driver you have to lodge a written complain through your mail id or Uber app to resolve the issues and this normally takes between 24-72 hours to get resolved.
