Hi,

My friend booked cab on my behalf from sabzi mandi railway station delhi to amrapali silicon city, noida, in driver's app, end location was also showing amrapali silicon city, noida but when he navigated and started ride, he took us to rohini and when i said our location is noida then he said please try to update same location again in app which i did and after that it showing correct route, first we went to rohini dont know why and took around 50 minutes and from rohini we went noida (Correct location) took 1 hr 35 min, total take 2 hr 30 min to reach at my location and fare was 1423 which was very high because it was showing upfront amont of 384 when i was trying to book the cab. I complaint to help section, they are refusing to give me refund. Please help.

    Today (30/10/19 @ around 21.45 i placed an order for my dinner. But the money got debited and transaction shown, but the order wasnt placed at all.
    Kindly do the needful. Please check and let me know, where the money is.

    Let me know whether the money is with your side or uber side or shop side.
    And tell me the way to get it back.

      Today[protected] i have ordered mushroom biriyani in uber eats but i received nonvegetarian biryani. I have given a complaint on their chat but they didn't respond. I am a pure vegetarian and this is sacred month (Karthika masam) for us. I had a little amount of rice with nonveg curry after i got to know forcefully i vomit the food which i had. I am emotionally and mentally damaged by this act.

        I ordered for uber on 9th of august from darya ganj to naraina and the estimated amount was 250. And on reached he started demanding 356 which was much higher than the estimated amount. Probably he took a long route. I told him that the estimated amount was 250 and why now i should pay 350. Just to compromise i paid 300.00. After this trip i went abroad for one and a half month and therefore there was not need o[censored]sing uber in india otherwise i generally order four five times a month. When i came back i ordered for taxi and only then i came to know there is rs.50.00 demand and when i wanted to complain i was told that it is more than one month. It is true that it is more that one month but how could i complain when i was out of india. Please do consider as a special case and wave off this amount if you do not want to return 50 which i paid to the driver extra. Thanks

          When i book an anuto in uber, the driver starts the trip without me. They do not pick up phones and keep on texting to wait for some time as he is stuck in traffic. After waiting for half hour, he stops responding to my calls or texts. When asked why he started the trip without me, he says it is network issue. And when i cancel the trip or driver cancels the trip, about 300-400 rupees is deducted from paytm. This has happen to me atleast 4 times.

            I recently booked an uber from viman nagar to daulat lawns. The total fare was 287 and 150 of my credits were used, meaning i only had to pay 137. But the driver asked to pay the full amount and was being rude. Due to time constraints, i had to pay 290 along with the automatically paid 150 credits. I want to avail full refund of the extra payment along with strict action against the ill mannered driver named tayyab, who drives an uber auto in pune.

              This is venkat. Today i have booked over cab from annattu to mogao pair east. Nearly about 10km. While scheduling my ride shown as 178-248. Whereas while on trip starting time also it is not showing fare estimate. They charged me 401/- which is almost double. They are cheating the people like any thing. Surge price is 1.9 times. Government should take action on these people not to cheat people. Or atleast they should show the estimated price. Then we can decide. Hiding and making cash is not good. And also any problem we cannot able to contact them. Due to urgency we are using, but they should not do like this. Please take action.

                I have thoroughly browsed the uber apps, find all the possibility of complaining for the driver but no where about the uber itself. Wasted a lot of time.
                Kindly improve the apps with a switch in addition to emergency one, to contact uber with one button.

                I have traveled last evening from t3 igia to okhla in new delhi the details are enclosed in the receipt.
                While booking the cab the amount was shown as rs. 258 and that continued on the way also.
                But when i completed the trip, i was charged rs. 587 that is toooooo different. This is not fair as i was at no point of time informed of this change. This is my money and not yours; how can do whatever you like without informing also.

                The receipt contain ore than 50% as toll etc. This should be solved urgently and a refund be provided.

                  Just saying that i have violated terms and conditions or use isn't helpful.
                  I am unable to determine whether the reasons for deactivation of my account is on account of misunderstanding or miscommunication.
                  I have been with uber for last 5 years and i have been a good customer to them.

                    Drivers cancelled the trip after telling us to wait at the pick up location. Despite the fact that they are not supposed to ask the rider about the drop location before starting the trip, they do so all the time and tonight as well. The driver was few yards from me when he cancelled. Please take affirmative action against these workers by starting with the two drivers i am attaching the identity of. This happened 6 times on 26th october, 2019 and i have marked two of them. Please teach them a sound lesson so that they don't ruin such an essential city cab service.

                    Please make Uber form a special grievance redressal line devoted to taking complaints against those culprit drivers who are ruining the cab service very deeply either by denying to go to the destination after picking up the riders or cancelling trips after telling the riders to wait at the Pick up location

                      I book a ride from mira road to mumbai on 26/10/2019 at 06:20 pm - allocated a car no : mh04hy1217 - driver name : manoj - mobile no : [protected] as per uber privacy policy drop location address should be shared post starting a ride but driver called me and ask for drop location which i denied to disclose. Because some times once we tell the drop location on phone, driver cancel the ride without informing the passenger. After multiple call with driver, driver said he will not come, nor cancel the ride due to which i was not able to book another cab. My family and me waited at road more than 45 minutes and no help from uber. Once we cancel the ride and book another cab same car no : mh04hy1217 - driver name : manoj - mobile no : [protected] allocated again. Driver and service from uber is very unprofessional and we face a problem as my wife was pregnant and face lot of trouble.                           I order uber car in new delhi car was very dirty and stinky and old, even it donot quality for safe ride there is no room for luggage driver was rude and donot want to turn ac on we came from usa and g oil this really crazy car there was no option to cancel ride or change we have forcefully accept this rude
                          Pl answer this car outer look is not right even seats no good no room in car for airport pick ups

                            I installed uber app version 3.347 recently and booked a cab. Then i talk to cab driver (Sanjay). Driver tell me i reach within five minutes. Then leave the app. Then after 2 -3 min later i open the app to check the status. I didn’t found my booked cab details. Same issue i faced two time in two day. I used to book cab using uber so many time, never face time type of issue previous.

                            This is very disgusting app

                              I booked cab from Mulund to Dadar showing price tag 280 to 370. I was charged 635 though no peak hours no traffic no delay in completing trip. No option for complaint for this. Some stereo type option shown with no option to place actual cause and they have revised fare to 569. The difference of amount shown and amount charged is big and we hv no option to place our complaint. It is really disgusting.

                              Pls do the needful.

                                Today i traveled from gate no.6 gip, noida to amity university gate number 2a. I left my phone in the uber cab hr55aa6731 driven by manoj. The amount paid was rs.91.60/-. Even after contacting the driver, he is not taking my call. My phone is out of reach.

                                Phone details: i phone 7, black color, sai baba wallpaper. A newspaper cutting was kept in between the phone and the back cover. The back cover was transparent.

                                My phone is really important to me. Even though i am repeatedly calling them, there is no one answering my call or complaint

                                  The driver Sawar mal who came in Hyundai accent 2063 is a cheat and a thief. He misinformed me about the trip and took 100 Rs extra from me for the whole trip which was booked on 24/10/2019at12.59 pm.
                                  The customer support in uber sucks. there is no option in app to call customer service and complain about driver after the trip is over. the app asks to submit complaint over few issues but gives no option to submit complaint about other issues which are not showing in the app. I requested for call back but no response from uber support. Very poor customer service on part o[censored]ber specislly for frequent riders

                                  How was the complaint resolved. I received no updates
                                  My Uber account was blocked. There was a due of Rs.60. I made the payment and got my account unblocked. After using it for one day, it got blocked without any reason. I tried contacting costumer care but could not resolve the issue.

                                    *booked uber cab ka05ag6097 aon 23/10/2019 at 17.44 pm ist from more megastore, sarjapur, bangalore*trip ended at kasavanahalli, bangalore 18:04 pm * i left my cell phone in the cab.
                                    *kept calling on my number which was ringing until 18.49 om and then it was switched off.* no uber customer support. With great difficulty i got the driver's number. *finally by 9m driver informed that he had 3 trips completed after me and he did no see any cell phone. Driver # [protected], pratap p*i did track and found that the cell phone was switched off near marathalli, which is around 5-6 kms away from my drop place.
                                    *i had requested uber to share the trip details but no response.
                                    *i have lodged complaint with the bangalore police already.

                                    Please do let me know, if you require any further information from my end.

                                      On 22.10.19 at about 12.55 hrs, i was driving my car hr26db6260, baleno, maruti on high way from iffco chowk gurgaon to hero chowk, gurgaon. About 1 km before rajiv chowk, gurgaon, the car no. Dl 1j 5742, hyndai accent driver gave frequent many horns, but there was no space to allow him to over take. Meanwhile he overtake from left and then took slightly right side and dashes my car, which caused damage my car from front left body and bumper and ran away. On the top of back side of car uber was written.in car middle no 1j is not confirmed but 5742 is confirmed as i was shocked and could not recall his number. I put horn for stopping him but he runaway. This could have been a fatal accident on highway but luckily no one get injured.
                                      Requested to-
                                      1. Stop him from uber.
                                      2. Publish him in web site so that no one could engage this driver.
                                      3. What is the system of such driver to stop further getting work from any other taxi / cab services?
                                      4.in such case what penalty to be imposed by uber?

                                      The action on the subject may kindly be confirmed so that it can be ensure that really uber wanted discipline and safe drivers on road

                                        I left my seinhizer earphones in cab and as soon as i got down cab driver rushed even after seeing my earphone... When i called he said he would return when he comes that way.. Next day when i called he said he's at home... I asked him if i can place dunzo order he didn't share address...
