Uber India — bill paid, still uber shows payment pending | |||
Hi, This is with regards to my Uber ride taken on 2nd June 2019 which cost me Rs 513.50/-. Since I did not use all this while, the payment was still pending to be paid. Yesterday i.e on 15th July, I wanted to book a Uber ride and I paid the Outstanding amount of Rs 513.50/- via my HDFC BANK Credit Card. The amount got Deducted from my Credit Card but the Uber App still shows Outstanding balance for last ride taken. The message received from HDFC BANK is as follows :- "ALERT: You've spent Rs.513.50 on CREDIT Card xx2840 at Uber India Systems on[protected]:16:22:25." I have tried reaching the "Help" option in my Uber App but it doesn't work. Kindly help me out to resolve this issue. Awaiting your response at the earliest. Your previous payment that is 574.6rs is outstanding out of 645rs
Really? Now they are charging duplicate amount for the same ride, why will I pay double amount for the same ride, and how is it possible that pending amount is 574 not full 645rs
When i complaint Uber again n again they didn’t respond me & when they respond me they are saying it’s been 30days older you booked your last ride we have already cleared all amount related to driver
Then I stop using UBER
&
After that they everyday they are trying to deduct that amount from my PAYTM ACCOUNT
There is no customercare call no. Where I call & solve my query ask why this happen to me
Driver name - Rahul (very arrogant & rude) when he end the trip I told him total fare is not showing in my application after ending the trip he said wo apke phone mein problem h mam ap wo khud dkhiye mjhe jana hai meri dusri trip aagyi hai aap paise pay kro mjhe,
