Uber India — Cab Driver has taken cash money even after car was booked from paytm wallet

On 25 aug 2015 at 2:30 AM ., i have booked uber cab from my phone app for my friend., i have booked cab from sector 17 isbt to sector 68 mohali i use paytm wallet money for riding uber cabs., After, reaching destination, driver has also taken cash money from my friend as he was not aware of deduction from paytm wallet, as a result my paytm deduction was also made and driver has also taken cash money without giving any reciept I hope you will make yourself indulge into this matter as this is a serious concern.
