Uber India — Car did not picked me and cancelled my trip request | |||
Today evening I booked one Uber from Ganeshguri by standing at GS road near Flyover adjacent to the car passing way towards Zoo road for my journey to my home near Zoo. The driver of the Uber car (Alto, Phone no [protected]) pick up my phone and I explained him my location. As the car is not arriving I ring him again about 8 to 10 minute from my first call. I am surprised that he told me he is waiting in somewhere else despite clearly explaining my location in the first call and keeping my Location and Data on in my mobile. This time also I explained my location to the driver once again and requested him to come immediately to pick up me. But he did not arrive and instead of that he cancelled my booking. I ring him third time. But he did not pick up my phone. After that I request another Uber car. This time one Swift Dizire picked up me from the same location where I was waiting about 15 to 20 minute for the Uber Alto of driver having phone no [protected]. Cancellation was done by Uber Alto Driver having phone no [protected], while I was waiting more than 15 minutes for him and called 3 times from my phone. He did not ring me even once. Even then Uber have cut Rs. 40 as penalty from me which I have to paid to the Uber Dzire driver having phone no [protected]. This is my worst ever experience in UBER. You please control the bad elements (drivers) in your domain. Otherwise your reputation will vanish definitely. today when I was scrolling down my messages is saw that I was overcharged by Rs895.50. I am surprised and wonder how this is possible !
strange and request refund of excess amount.
