Uber India — Complaint against overcharge in account with Paytm | |||
The Managing Director & Responsible Officer UBER I had got the taxi booked through TAPZO (formerly HELPCHAT) Application and it was informed to me at 9.03 PM of 18.12.2016 that the trip distance was 13.63 Kms. and trip fare was Rs.153/-. I had opted for payment mode by "Paytm" and was surprised to note that this account was debited by Rs.280.90 which is quite illegal and fraudulent. You are advised to immediately have the credit of my account with Paytm by Rs.127.90.
