Uber India — complaint against uber for high fares

Hi on 28th 2019 evening i have done a booking through my uber apps distance between my location to destination is 15.96 km. We are started our journey on 19.57pm and reached destination on 20.51 pm. So we are reached destination with in 53 minutes and cover almost 17 km distance. When i booked uber, uber confirm me that fares estimate amount is rs 319 to 422 but after completed rides uber charge me rs 596.31. This was totally miscommitted by uber management. I'm also feeling heras for the same.
Please advice
