First i booked with payment mode as paytm. Driver requested for cash and stopped trip before destination as uber app didn't allowed changing payment mode after ride was requested!
My question to uber-
1) why you picked ride?
2) why uber app throws error when i try changing payment method from paytm to cash after request.?
3) was uber drivers behavior fine to drop midway?

    This is pranay golchha a customer who has grievances regarding cab fare of morning 10.30am from bowenpally to shamsgabad airport in airport In previous pre booking night my friend booked a cab and estimated fare shown was form 600 to 900 and other all respective cab company and in your app also i checked for that moment it show 900 how can it possible sir we are paying for services not for just for fun or for a ride .
    Please Just solve my grienvances and if possible any solution if any extramoney taken by your company regarding my ride.

    Uber is not given proper update of payment and trying to miss guide partner and drive. After request several times they are not resolved the issues and behave like they are not understand the problem. When I proved the problem they are saying for waiting 48 hours but after that no resolution. I'm attaching the screen shot of proved the trap.

      I... Again and again said to. Why are you blame everytime to the driver only regarding trips..
      Sometimes rider self cancelled trip due to far distance or traffic... And maximum trip is cancelled by the rider not driver.. So. Why are you blame on driver everytime.. You should have to ensure .who is responsible for trip cancellation...
      And you not ensuring and directly cut the incentive of driver... But why??...
      You should have to make good management and maintain good relationship between driver and rider also...
      Who one is surely responsible that have to blame... But you not doing such things.. Due to that.. I just hate on uber... Service about driver...
      Just shame on uber...
      Third class treatment is given to driver by the uber...

      Hi Uber Team,

      I am not blaming all times. Because I am satisfied some rides with Drivers too. Only Where I came to know from Driver that my ride was auto canceled and another situation is that Driver have to take u turn to reach boarding point to pick me. He ask me to cross the road to avoid the distance(as U turn is little far), as I said I can't cross the road in heavy traffic. so, Driver canceled himself the Ride. For that also I got charged. Which is happened in Hitech city, Hyderabad.

        I was booked Uber cab and Confirmed with Driver through call that he will reach my Booking point by 10 min. Later there is no response so called to driver again. He said Booking is canceled and he got another booking. And for me I have charged 45/- for cancellation charge.
        This was happened more than 5 times for me...I have booking history also.
        Can Anyone Help me on this.

          complaint against uber for high fares

          Hi on 28th 2019 evening i have done a booking through my uber apps distance between my location to destination is 15.96 km. We are started our journey on 19.57pm and reached destination on 20.51 pm. So we are reached destination with in 53 minutes and cover almost 17 km distance. When i booked uber, uber confirm me that fares estimate amount is rs 319 to 422 but after completed rides uber charge me rs 596.31. This was totally miscommitted...

          Hello,

          I am arvind from delhi. I am a regular uber rider. I had been to many places in india and always felt raptured throughout the travel until today at bhubaneswar, odisha. The uber drivers here are not only non-sensical in nature but have a temerity to argue against elders. Today while waiting for a booked uber ride, i felt that way; an uber driver of an age of 40 (Approximately) was told to reach the location as provided. However, perhaps due to scorching heat and the radiation radiating from the car window, he might have overlooked me and parked a few metres ahead of the location at the shade. Witnessing him of such, i called him and told him to steer back to the location because i had held a few things; i have no inkling what cause him so irritated that he imitated my voice and mocked me further. Since i had to go out because to ease the driver to locate the destination, i was feeling very hot too. I told him to help me lift the things ad to which he retorted that uber doesn't allow to lift such things. The things i generally carried were never ever discarded to be get lifted in delhi nor in any other metropolitan state. I will give all of his detail only when you call me to take further notice of him.

            My daughter had booked a ride for her grandmother on the 27th of april and the uber driver was paid in cash rs 152. Inspite of getting paid the driver has showed the ride as outstanding.
            I have personally had a similar experience with uber eats and the same was reversed after i complained.
            This causes unnecessary waste of time and effort, instead the company should find a system of generating a instant receipt on receiving the cash wherein payment made in cash.
            And since the ride was booked for a senior citizen the driver in this case seems to have taken advantage of her age and fooled her.
            This creates a lot of distrust among the consumers nad spoils the reputation of your esteemed brand.
            I hope you will not only reverse this payment but take steps which will avoid such incidents from reoccuring
            Kindly find a method so that such incidents are avoided.

              I want full refund for 3 uber eats order which was placed on 15th april 2019.

              Order details are below.

              1.
              Order id: #80907 date & time: 15 apr 2019, 14.25 pm amt: 272.00 rs

              2.
              Order id: #a22a3 date & time: 15 apr 2019, 14.27 pm amt: 272.00 rs

              3.
              Order id: #fb6ec date & time: 15 apr 2019, 14.40 pm amt: 218.00 rs

              Above 3 orders are place through uber eats app and when the amount was deducted from debit card, order was canceled from restaurant end for 3 times.

              The uber eats policy says - amount will be credited within 5-7 days from date of transaction, now its been 15 days since i am expecting a resolution for the same.

              I am requesting full refund for above 3 orders asap.

                I have lost my blue laptop bag in Uber Swift Desire 7629 (Sanjeev). Trying contacting Uber, but they didn't help me and it's been almost 35 hours. I don't have driver's number neither I can contact UBER due to their discretion and lack of customer service support. It has my laptop, books and some other very important stuff. Kindly assist me as it is business laptop, and inturn is very important to me and my company.

                  Uber cab rear ended my bike today around 10:45 am and subsequently i banged into another car in front of me. After the accident, i tried stopping the uber cab, buthe did not respond. Eventually he got out of the cab and checked the damage and in the pretext of stopping, he tried to drive off. I did stand in front of the cab and asked him to stop and again in the pretext of stopping, he went further from the road and eventually drove off. Cab reg. No l ka05 aj 1947.
                  Location is near tv tower - jaimahal road, just after u take the turn to rt nagar,

                    Today on 28/04/2019 at 9:30am i booked a uber cab no up14et9451 driver ajay kumar by [protected] from my address para st anthony school lucknow to mis chauraha rajajipuram lucknow. After booking i helping him telling my address over phone he (Driver) couldn't find my address after 3 minute he cancelled my trip and i have received a massage regarding charge rs. 52.50/- and pressurised me paid immediately. I have mental stressed by imposing on me this type o[censored]njustified charges kind take the necessary step against the uber cab by harassment of these type of cheating with the normal passengers

                      I have paid the fare for my ride but it's reflecting the amount as unpaid everytime i'm trying to book a cab. I have raised the issue with the company but after telling me what i should do in this case, they aren't responding. I uploaded a screenshot of the statement as i was asked to do, but still they the unpaid fare is being shown. The company is not responding to my messages and there is no other way j can reach out to the customer care.

                        Last night i booked uber from t3 delhi. I agreed to pay rs. 404 and confirmed. However i was charged rs. 875 on arrival. This is 216% of original charge. Bedsides, there was no traffic, no delay and tolls on the way.in fact i was made to wait nearly 10 minutes in the parking lot.
                        And this is the fourth such incident happening to me. Very unfair, unethical and cheating of customers.
                        Please look into this and resolve.

                          Not support my accout its shows that accomt not disable i am follow the intrection when i log in its tell go to t. Uber.com i do as same the guideline shows but my problm was nhi solved by you so plsss solved my problm as soon as posible bcz i am not book my ordee due to this disable problmm so i requst to plss slove it as soon as poosiblm litter faster

                            It is regarding my ride on 27 april 2019 at 04:54 am ride.
                            It was worst experience with uber. Driver refused to come at pick up point. He was too rude, totally unacceptable behaviour. Used abusive words. Driver name is showing as ramesh. This driver should be banned in all the cabs. Driver is destroying the reputation o[censored]ber. Such person are responsible for anger for uber service. He has cancelled my cab when i was getting late to board my train. I was with my parents, they also have to suffer because of him with in intolerable.
                            Services of that driver should be immediately terminated, should teach him strict lesson. Customer are not here to listen abusive words from drivers

                              Suprised that i am charged on my credit card for the ride not taken by me.
                              Advise as to how can i speak to your customer care executive to get my query resolved. How can i be charged if the ride is not taken by me. This is a fraud done by uber india and charged on my credit card. Kindly resolve and refund the money. The amount charged is rs.308.00 on my card.

                                Inspite of having my rides flat rates at 179, i find myself paying 300 everyday for the same rides. For the entire month of march, my ride pass worked fine and all my journeys to the same workplace were 179. And towards the last three days of the pass, i renewed a new one. However at the end of the three days i still had to buy one more as the one i had bought wasn't processed despite the money being debited from my account.

                                Moreover this morning, the 26th of april, 2019, i'm being asked to pay 308 bucks that was paid via google pay to my driver yesterday. I want to understand why i'm being scammed out of my money and i am extremely unhappy with the service for the last month. I've been paying exorbitant prices for someone who has been a loyal uber customer, and i find it disgusting that this is how uber is choosing to repay it's customers by taking advantage of our daily routines while we are blissfully unaware.

                                  Hello,

                                  I need to take the electronic city flyover every time i leave my house. That flyover has a toll of 45 rs which is included in the bill. But not all drivers understand that properly and i need to pay to keep moving.
                                  Sometime the driver just says he has no cash. Other times i need to fight with them for 5 minutes before they understand what i am saying. Many times now i have ended up paying twice and when i complain to you guys all you can say is if the transaction is outside the uber system we cannot do anything.

                                  I want a permanent solution to this. Either let me pay the tolls on my own every time or do a refund every time i make a payment without excuses.

                                    This is regarding a trip which is done on 12.12.2018. On monday 22.04.2019 my wife, my aged mother and my 6 month old baby was going to attend a function for which my wife opened uber app. Where they are showing pending of rs 457.75/. Since they were in a hurry made the payment and carried on with their trip. Once they came back cross checked previous trip. Found that this amount pertains to the trip conduct ed on 12.12.2018 for which mode of payment is cash and which has already paid. What i want is to refund the excess collected on 22.4.2019.

                                      Uber eats are posting false advertising or offers in the app. On 24th april 2019 at around 9 pm i was trying to order a biriyani and the offer they posted was [protected]@69 no code required. When i selected the offer and scrolled to select the restaurant i saw hyderabadi biriyani house-victoria layout-bangalore offering [protected]@69/- but when i checked the menu the biriyani price was rs.79/-. So as a regular user i felt i was cheated and as an organisation, as per the trade act they cannot have a false offer or they should commit to what they offer. I called uber eats to report the issue and they said that they have taken a complaint but they were not ready to place an order at the same price or compensate me for the misleading a customer with a false offer.
