Uber India — Driver charged extra | |
On 26.10 2016 at 10.32 driver ram lal refused to drive us to Spicy eleven, Krishna nagar.so we booked another cab at 10.44. Now at 10.44 driver satender charged us rs 383. in his phn we saw the amount as rs 383 only. but latter when i checked my phone i saw that 80 rs was extra charged for cancelled trip of driver ram lal. i was charged Rs 80 extra[protected]. I have been charged 80 rs extra for cancelled trip but it was done due to refusal of driver ram lal to travel to my destination point. plz see into the matter and refund the extra charged amount.
