[Resolved]  Uber India — driver charged extra for airport parking fees in hyderabad

I had booked uber cab from hyderabad airport to my home (New mig colony, bhel rcpuram, hyderabad) on 22.07.18 (Invoice no. Ayunsytp[protected]. While leaving from airport the driver mr. Raju asked for airport parking fees of rs.200/-. I resisted to pay the same and told him that it should be included in the bill. Mr. Raju told me that from last week all cab companies are refunding the airport parking fees to customers directly and it's to be paid in cash there only. I thought of leaving the cab but since i was with my family and my daughter was not well. I had to accept his argument.

On arriving home, uber india deducted full amount of rs.806.28 (Including airport parking fees of rs.200/-) from my account. When i tried to contact them with the issue they continuously advised me to take care for next time and did not take any action for this trip (Please refer conversation as attached). They are not even providing me the vehicle details or driver details in spite of asking multiple times. The invoice, the email or trip details on their app also doesn't have vehicle or driver details.

The drivers and uber india are cheating customers like this. Please take necessary action immediately.
