I am sandhya, a resident of bangalore. I booked a uber cab from bangalore city railway station to my residence at around 10am on 24th july, 2018. I was allotted cab with vehicle no. Mh03ch3697. When i called the driver, i got a message that his phone was either switched off or not reachable. While waiting for the driver, i got a message that my trip is over and i got a receipt for a payment i did not make. The trip mentioned in the receipt was to some other location not requested by me. It is clear that somebody else has travelled on our booking and the trip got recorded in my name. Uber should investigate into how this happened and also should correct the incorrect entry in my record.

    I booked uber taxi through app, on 20th july 18 from my home to airport in vizag in the evening at around 7pm, when i called the driver after receipt of message, driver informed he is already on the trip and come late after 15/20 min. Which was not appropriate to me since i was already delayed. He asked me to cancel, but in turn i asked him to cancel since he was unable to come or perhaps did not want to come since my house to airport only 3-4 km, (Which happens with me every time). Mean time i thought it will be too late i walked up to main road and took bus and somehow i reached airport. After reaching airport another driver called me and asked for my where about, i told him that i reached already my destination. He started arguing to which i told i have no idea of cancellation and re-booking. I was surprised, since 5 min i waited to cancel the trip by first driver so that i can book another which was not possible (On previous accounts also same happened). Since i have no time i closed the app and was on my own. Still uber charged me in my next trip in bangalore since i have no other option (Forcefully took my acceptance) before booking. No fault on my part still i face this issue every time, can uber look into this matter seriously and stop harassing customer.

        Yesterday i booked uberpool to my office to my home that time fare shown 219 but end of the trip it's charged 361 when i complaint regarding this they said u stopped ride in between & ur fare charged for ubergo when we are booking it's never message or pop up come when u stopped ride for any reasons then we charged uber go fare not uberpool fare last week uber driver has stopped ride in between the trip that time also they charged ubergofare but that was not my fault i want only my whatever balance extra amount that's it...

          unable to download invoice

          I, Sahil Goyal recently took an Uber ride from Nizamuddin East to Gurgaon, on 3rd July, 2018 at 3:10 PM, total afre being Rs 515.02.

          I tried generating an invoice for the same, it says there is an error and a customer support option pops up. But, when clicked, the page shows error.

          The trip before this one also has the same error.

          I was waiting for cab ap28 es 2164 maruti car dirver name is dinakaran his phone no is [protected],
          He cancelled the pickup after coming to the pickup point, because of which i had to initiate a new cab booking with rs 50 appx additional cancellation charges for no fault of mine.

          I had to go to hospital urgently center for signt my appointment got delayed and i had to face lot of issues also
          He was not picking up the call and not providing details completely i had to call him multiple times

          This is very poor service from uber and this requires urgent attention and driver needs to be given penalty they cannot cancel pickup on their own without our confirmation
          And they cannot transfer the cab which happened in my case atleast 2 to 3 times

          Very pathetic and painful service

After sometime i phoned the taxi driver mr. Gurpreet singh mobile no. [protected] about the missing umbrella he confirmed it is with him and asked me to collect from his office. His house is quite far from my place and requested him to drop the same some where convenient to him so that i can fetch the same.               I am a regular user o[censored]ser. On 9th july at 10 pm i had a ride in mr. Shaheer's taxi (Contact no.[protected]) to ernakulam town railway station and i forgot my umbrella in the car. I called him from the station but he said he was away. The next day i sent him whatsapp message and asked to give it to my friend mr. Basil in ernakulam. He agreed but never did. I sent him my office address and asked to send it by courier so that i would pay the courier charges to him via bank transfer.
              No he says as i forgot it he is not bound to give it back. For such things like gold, money or other valuables is it the way your driver has to say to the customer?
              I will be forced to take legal action if the complaint is not settled in a week.

                I ordered food for a friend via uber eats. However the food was delivered by a Swiggy delivery boy. But the friend didn't know that it was to be done by uber, so she paid for the food right away. Later on in the day I was unable to book an uber ride because it showed an outstanding amount( of the same value) from uber marketplace. Now I'm unable to use both the uber services that I frequently used. The delivery boy name given in the app is Anto. Kindly respond ASAP.

                    I arrived on 1D today -21st July, Booked Uber cab . Driver number was [protected] and it was swift dzire showing on my app. I waited for almost 25 mins at airport. Driver was showing one minute away and suddenly my duty is transferred to other cab and it again started showing 22 minutes away.

                    Because of this delay I missed important meeting which will result in huge business loss.
                    Very poor experience from Uber and I want action on my complaint otherwise I'm not going to book
                    Uber again and will loose my faith on this reputed

                      On 21/07/2018, I booked one uber pool cab number PB-01-B-3171 from sector 42 chandigarh to sector 20 chandigarh. Driver name was Karam. I was waiting at the location for cab. Driver told me that he is at Pick up point. I told him that I am already standing there and where is your car. To my surprise, I got a trip cancellation message from driver.
                      I booked another pool cab from same point for same location, cab number PB-01-B-0199 from sector 42 chandigarh to sector 20 chandigarh. Driver name was Naginder. Same thing happened again. Driver cancelled the trip himself.
                      My important meeting was missed. Is this the service o[censored]BER. In both cases, trip cancellation charges were charged to me. Please revert it immediately, otherwise I will be forced to initiate the deficiency in services legal path. This is not expected from a company like UBER

                        My Self Naresh Bunari and yested day i had booked a uber cab from healing touch hospital to tirumalagiri cross road it is about 6 kms distance and cab came after getting into the after 2 kms ride driver asked me where you want to go i said tirumalagiri he said it is showing nalgonda district tirumalagiri it is about 40 to 50 kms i dont know how the drop location and he said it is showing the charge of 3000 rupess i was shocked and asked him to stop after 2km's of ride he was stopped and i was asked him to stop the trip after he stops the bill they charged 1260 rupess i was asked the driver why i need to pay the money for 2 km's 1260 rupees he said that there is drop location you wrongly choosen that is the reason you have to pay, he was fought with me and he took 1260 rupees for 2 kms and what basis you people charged that much amount for 2 kms 200 rupees or 150 rupees are more refund my money

                          I had booked a share cab (uberpool) on 16th July, 2018 that was Monday from Koramangala to Hulimavu in Bengaluru. I was keeping a track on the route he was taking throughout using the route shown to me on my phone but later I realised that the driver had completed the ride long before even reaching my destination and was taking another route. When I pointed the wrong route he kept on driving without listening to me even though I tried telling him the correct route. He finally stopped the car at secluded place kms away from my destination and when I refused to pay him half of the amount because of him not dropping me off the correct location, he tried to reply back at a very rude tone and was trying to physically snatch the money from my hand.
                          I had never expected to experience such a traumatising cab ride by Uber.

                              On 8 July at 11.19pm I hv taken trip from Bangalore airport to Radha Hometel, Whitefield. Driver name Sanjay Kumar & car was Dezire. I paid appox Rs 1200 to Driver. But after few days when I gone to app to take receipt, I found that my trip shows cancelled trip. Later thru App I called Driver and he agreed to send me receipt on WhatsApp but he has not sent. After that he is not picking phone

                                Your customer service really sucks uber. Moreover your partners are cheater, I have paid the whole amount and still outstanding balance is showing and I have texted to the Uber customer care, they didn't even reply and I have the proof that I have paid for every trip I took. What type of customers service you are providing, it is the first international company in which there is such a poor customer service. Uber fix my issue on priority. At first the fare shows Rs 65 and after the trip ends it shows Rs 89 which I have paid to the driver but still outstanding balance of Rs 65 is showing. I have given the screenshot of the amount to your so called customer service and those people didn't even reply.

                                  Totally DISAPPOINTED with UberCabs #UberCabsIndia #UberBengaluru #DaraKhosrowshahi I would like to understand what responsibility do you people take towrads safety of women???

                                  I had booked a ride on 18th July 2018 at 9:32 am and was dropped at the destination at 10:40 am, and the driver definitely tried to misbehave with me by locking the doors and not allowing me to get out of the vehicle finding it a secluded place, he forced and asked me more money.

                                  As it was Uberpool #UberBengaluru ride, earlier he had behaved rude with one of my co-passenger as well to which she gave a befitting reply before getting down, as there were 2 other members present in the cab during that time, so he stopped his stupid*ty there.

                                  BUT as I was the last drop, he leveraged the situation to his advantage.

                                  And you mor*ns without having a customer support where we can report or contact for real time problems for which immediately appropriate actions can be taken, definitely make us insecure to chose #Uber #UberCabs UberTaxi Ubertaxi @Uber in future if we get saved or escape from your blood*y drivers.

                                  Luckily as I was saved by a security guard of the building and rushed into the building immediately by security person's intervention.

                                  Today I see this email, that I've outstanding balance to pay. Inspite of me raising a complaint against the driver immediately after getting out of the vehicle in you so called [censored] #Uber application which I don't think anyone even would take care of.

                                  I need an immediate action to be taken on this, kindly contact me immediately to solve this issue.

                                  I can do this issue public, but as I'm here to seek help from #Uber for the inconveniences I've faced recently because of your #Uber poor service, and not be malign or influence anyone but if I don't receive any help from #UberBengaluru #Uber #Ubercabs at the earliest by 6pm IST today, then I'll definitely make everyone aware of the poor service that #Uber provides.

                                  After making a successful payment of the complete amount through Cash, the driver started misbehaving with me, locked the car doors and did not allow me to get out of the vehicle. Luckily my building's security guard came for help and rushed to inside my building. Now that I open my email, to my Shock, I see there is an outstanding balance. What the [censored] do you people actually think of yourself?First of all you j*rks do not have a customer support where we can address the issue on real time basis to get an immediate action taken. Inspite of me reporting the issue in the application, which by default has few options to chose from, there has been no action taken against the driver, rather UberCabs #Uber charges me an outstanding amount. I would like to know how are you people #DaraKhosrowshahi #UberIndia behaving so insensitive towards women safety?? I need this issue to be solved ASAP, inbox me to communicate and discuss this ASAP.

                                  Also not to forget as 2 passengers in this UberCabs Uberpool #UberPool ride were local kannadigas, the driver behaved well with them but as the other 2 o[censored]s (me and the other lady) were non-local, he misbehaved with us, he also mentioned to me to leave Bengaluru and threatened me that no hindi people are allowed and only Kannada people's place this is. So, here I demand an answer from #Uber #UberBengaluru is there anything as such in your policies as well??

                                    I signed up and placed my first order on ubereats, it was all good.Whenever I try to use a valid promo code for Uber, I get the message “Promotion codes are not available for this account and all trips will be charged at full price”. It has been over a week but their customer service is hopeless.My mobile no is [protected].

                                    I have signed up using another account and its gvng the same errror message .They should shut down thier operation in India
