Uber India — Driver did not come and asked me to cancel the booking | |||
Dear sir I came along with my collage mr. Vijay from hyderabad on 2nd july night and booked the uber cab from airport to velachery. The ride was booked from the mobile [protected] and mail id is p. [protected]@gmail.com in the name vijay. P Driver name is kalingarajan-tata indica and driver number is [protected] booked at 2-7-2016 at 10.29pm. After booking the information came as the car will come in 5 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and then called the driver. He said that he will come in 5 minutes. Again 10 minutes waited, no car came and also driver did not call. When i again called, driver answered and said that there is problem and he said that he cannot come and asked me to cancel the booking. 1. Is the way uber works and treat your customer. 2. I normally book fast track in the airport itself. My colleague said uber is better compare to taking the car rental in the airport. Total lie!!! 3. If there is genuine issue driver would have called me and told his problem. Only after i called, first he said 5 minutes and when i called next time he wanted me to can cell the booking. 4. What control you have? 5. It is around 11 pm and you made your client to wait in the airport. This is the punishment you gave to your customer for booking your car 6. Now i decided not use uber any more. 7. I will also tell others not to use it. 8. Tell me what is the action you are going to take about my complaint and how will you compensate me?
