Dear sir, I murali b. From bangalore booked a uber cab for chennai central to gajalakshminagar (Chromepet, chennai) on the night of 15th june 2017. As soon as i contacted the driver, praveen kumar, refused to take me to chromepet and said he will cancel the trip. But, he did not cancel the trip and actually cheated me but taking another passenger in my place and billing me to my paytm acct for no ride done by me.. Such cheating drivers o[censored]ber cabs have to immediately be removed from the cab service as they spoil the brand now and leave a trail of dissatisfied customers like me. I have been using your cab service for quite a long time and i had a bitter experience this time.. I request that i be immediately refunded the amount rs 65.11 charged to my account..
