Uber India — driver not arrived and not cancelling the booking | |||
Hi this is venkat. I have made a pool booking from chandanagar to secunderabad railway station at 1:47pm, but till now the driver did not contact us till 2:30pm. As we need to catch a train we looked for an alternative but still the booking seems to be active. Same thing happened last month. If i have to cancel this, then 50rs will be deducted. When i contacted mr kumar contact no: [protected] he said that he is not finding other pool so he is not willing to accept this booking but not willing to cancel. Was this information helpful? | |||
