Uber India — Excess Charge Refund | |||
On 02.04.2017 at 12.26 pm I had booked an Uber from Anushakti Nagar Central School # 1 . Had received details of the driver Dharmendra. However on locating the driver for around 20 minutes it was observed that he was going away from the pick up point. Also tried to make a call to the driver to guide the correct path but the call was going unanswered. Finally I cancelled the ride at 12.56 pm . Since my payment was linked to PAYTM, as soon as I cancelled, Rs. 60 was deducted from my PAYTM wallet as cancellation charges. Please confirm where is the clause that cancellation charges will be levied is mentioned ? How could the charges just be deducted because the payment was linked to PAYTM. This is sheer loot of the needy passenger. Not acceptable as we waited enough and even tried calling the driver. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very disrespectful with ladies and was very rude to them and also said them do whatever you want to do but I won't drop you people and harassed them
