Uber India — Grievance redressal issues

Uber doesn't attend to any Driver complaint issues.
I booked a cab for my wife who was traveling under medical conditions. When I was informed that the driver has been deviating constantly from the main road, I called him in his no. He picked up and said that to avoid traffic, he's doing so and immediately he hung up. I tried calling him back repeatedly but every time he disconnected the call. I called my wife and she said he got angry and is now driving rashly. I kept my calm praying nothing should happen to my wife. Luckily she got down fine. I filed a complaint from the app through 'Rate your Driver' option. However, i don't think any action has been taken nor has any response come from Uber.
Uber should be forced to address complaints registered by customers. Otherwise I don't understand how it can be considered safe (specially for women)

Uber Share doesnt give an option to choose for customer whether they want to wait for long or not. Once you book a share cab, it may take 2 min to 30 min . When you book for Uber share, it shows driver arrives in 25 min and then it books a share cab. Customer has to wait for 25 min else he will lose money (Cancellation charges - 42 rupees) . Customer dont have any option to take other transport facility instead he should wait for 25 min for Uber share.
Solution - An option should be given to User while booking - Driver takes long - (Display How many min) . Do you want to book.. (Yes / No) option.
Applying cancellation charges forcefully or making user to wait for long is very bad Customer service what Uber is giving.

I have mailed to UBER multiple time on the login issue in to my UBER account, but no one responded since last week. I facing many issues booking a cabs. When I download the UBER app and try to login with my number, there is an error message saying this mobile number is already in use and can't be transferred to another account. Refer to the attached image.

Please help resolve this at the earliest.
