I have mailed to UBER multiple time on the login issue in to my UBER account, but no one responded since last week. I facing many issues booking a cabs. When I download the UBER app and try to login with my number, there is an error message saying this mobile number is already in use and can't be transferred to another account. Refer to the attached image.

Solution - An option should be given to User while booking - Driver takes long - (Display How many min) . Do you want to book.. (Yes / No) option.
Applying cancellation charges forcefully or making user to wait for long is very bad Customer service what Uber is giving.
