Yesterday, 4th dec 2016, we had booked uber from datta mandir, sector 4, airoli to yogi nagar, borivali. While booking, system displayed amount of rs.633. However on reaching the venue, when the driver asked for making payment, system showed sum of rs. 1418. The amount was completely out of the range that system displayed while booking the cab. It was more than the double amount. This is very unfair in terms of the charge that you apply to the customer. I would require an explanation for the amount of rs.1418 amount that we had to pay. Also, in such scenario of demonetisation, we had to give up all the money that we had. This was the worst experience to have with uber and would never travel with the same. I would also recommend others not to book uber. I would require the details of the amount that the system displayed

I am a uber partner and I have a car attached in uber and when I called upto customer care o[censored]ber to know the details where to submit the details for police verification they are giving the wrong information every time I don't who gave the job to them when they don't know the information, no proper response only
