On 1st of december at 2:10 i book a ride with uber by my paytm account, and it got successfully booked. I had the information about driver and cab, but when i tried to call to driver for asking the location i found the number is not in service. I waited for 45 minutes for the driver, i tried to connect again and again to driver cell number but i got failed. After that i booked a auto riskhaw and went to my home, after reaching home i checked my uber account and i got surprised? My uber account showed me that i have to rate to driver for my ride. It shows that the driver picked some wrong guy instead of my ride. The ride was booked by my paytm account and the amount has deducted from it, i want the refund as soon as it possible. What actually is happening with uber, if the ride is within 10 km, driver shows (Nakhre), but if it is more then 20km then they are happy to take you to the home.
