I downloaded uber app into my mobile [protected] with operating system windows 10. I transferred rs 2200 from bank to paytm ac under uber app. Uber does not function in windows phone map well. I want to get my Rs 2200 out of paytm ac with uber. I am unable to do so nor use the amount. Pl help. Paytm is a dead loss when trying to get help from it. I do not intend to use paytm ever again but shall use cr/dr card with uber app on android mobile.

    We were travelling to the Jaipur Airport with Ghanshyam (Screenshot attached)In the middle of the trip the driver stopped the ride and asked us to book another ride so as to fill his daily rides quota (which seemed highly unprofessional). And later again had us book him another ride.
    At the end of the second trip when we reached the airport, the driver asked the combined fare of both the trips (which included the extra 25 Rs. meaning the base fare of the second trip), and also extra 85 Rs. as a parking fee for airport, which when later enquired was found out to be 0 as drop off requires no extra fees.
    I found the behaviour highly unethical and also, the language was highly abusive. I was utterly shocked to see such behaviour and would plead you to take strict actions. And also, would request you to arrange a refund of the 110 Rs.

      My parents have been cheated by Uber Driver on 4-Dec-2016.
      I booked a Uber P2 cab from Airport to Home, as the estimated cost was showing 550/-, so I have booked a cab, as I was out of station.
      When My parents reached home he charged 800/- and did not show his mobile for bill. when I asked him how its showing 800/- now, as while booking it was showing 550/-, he said Toll has to be paid by customers and I dont know and he asked me to contact Uber for more details.
      And he also said that you will get proper recipt to my E-mail after 2 hrs.
      PLease take necessary action against driver and also on Uber for hiring un-professional driver. I think driver cheated my parents, as they are senior citizens and cant do anything against these people.

        I took a trip on 1.12.2016 evening from my office at Powai to my residence at Malad distance 12-13 Km on a estimated fare of Rs. 216. but to my surprise I was charged from my office to residence on 54 KM at Rs. 731.2 as against the actual fare of 216. earlier i used to write to Uber Support
        for all my fare related complaints on trip undertaken with Uber. I lodged the complain again this time on Uber Support but there reply as under:

          I've written to uber 3 times from the app and have received no response regarding my complaint. Now I'm forced to complain here in the hope that they will act professionally.

          I booked a cab on December 1 and cancelled it within 1 minute because the wait time was too long. I was charged a cancellation fee for it and that too in the amount of Rs 234!!! Despite the repeated complaints I have not been refunded this amount. Why is that???

          This is absolute unethical behaviour and blatant thievery and I demand that it be corrected.

            I triambak gandhi is a regular user of your taxi service. Today i booked the taxi twice at 6o' clock both the times driver refused to take the duty. They themselves called and refused to go to my destination and moreover threathened to go forward and complain to the concerned authorities. The behaviour of your driver was very rude. The car was swift desire, no. Of the vehicle 3848, and the driver's mobile no. Is [protected]. Kindly look into this matter immediately or i shall stop using uber services.               Hi,
              Today morning I started trip via uber cab from Rahatani and I reached my destination at 9 am, when I told to end the trip he told ok I will do that.
              I confirmed him several times whether he has ended the trip or no.
              he told yes its done and will be reflected in few minutes
              But when I got down the cab I saw even after 15mins the trip was on.
              After several calls of follow-up he finally ended trip after 20mins.
              hence the amount of extra 20mins that is 20rs is extra deducted from my PAYTM account which I request to revert back as soon as possible.

              The driver was taking time and not able to recognise my pick up location in Gurgaon. He does not seem to know the place DLF Infinity towers. He then stopped picking up my phone. I finally cancelled the booking and then rebook for another Uber driver. 2nd driver was better in navigation. Please return my cancellation fees of Rs 69.

                The driver was so rude that he just mentioned that he is at the location and said I must reach there If i want to. I couldnt find the cab and he was not ready to tell exactly where he is. He just cancelled the ride by himself and 50 rs was charged from my paytm.Not sure why such people are employed...!

                  Yesterday, 4th dec 2016, we had booked uber from datta mandir, sector 4, airoli to yogi nagar, borivali. While booking, system displayed amount of rs.633. However on reaching the venue, when the driver asked for making payment, system showed sum of rs. 1418. The amount was completely out of the range that system displayed while booking the cab. It was more than the double amount. This is very unfair in terms of the charge that you apply to the customer. I would require an explanation for the amount of rs.1418 amount that we had to pay. Also, in such scenario of demonetisation, we had to give up all the money that we had. This was the worst experience to have with uber and would never travel with the same. I would also recommend others not to book uber. I would require the details of the amount that the system displayed

                    Total money I uploaded to my Uber account is Rs. 3064.31 till date. The amount that I paid for all the rides through Uber till date via its wallet is worth Rs. 2561. The total difference is of Rs. 502.50.

                    Uber has been unfairly deducting my money and not responding me well. Even its drivers often arrive late and make me go late for places, especially for office. I repeatedly complain to Uber but all it does is a formality for all the complaints lodge rather than providing any solution.

                    Also, I took a ride o[censored]ber on 08/10/2016 where it cost me Rs. 61.48 and it charged me a penalty of Rs. 40 for cancelling the ride whereas I did not cancel the ride but it driver does and the total amount I paid for it was Rs. 101.48. When I took a ride back to the same destination from where I took the journey, it cost me Rs. 131.85, though, there was lesser traffic this time and even the driver took a shorter route. I asked Uber about it via email but did not get a proper response.

                    There are other such matters pending.

                    I sent a promotional code to my friend's mobile and downloaded and activated the code in Uber app in his mobile. Still, I got no money benefit in my Uber wallet or any such notification.

                    Uber app says that we would get a payback in case we upload its wallet with an amount of Rs. 222. So I usually upload my Uber wallet with an amount of Rs. 222. Still, I received no such benefit.

                      I booked an uber cab at 1:30 am on friday night, the cab driver told me he won't go to my home, this was my first uber drive.The driver booked himself twice and refused to go.He also stated that if I want to go, I should know how to drive a cab.He was pathetic and it costed me 120 INR for cancellation fee.He stated that he is driving his own cab so it's his wish whether to go or not, I have the reference number and payment slip, I even found him argumentative, so I feel Uber should hire people who are reliable, as drives are charging for services.It was swift desire and cab driver was sleeping on arrival. I won't ever use uber again.

                      Yesterday around 11 45 i booked a cab but driver denied to come and driver himself cancelled the trip but it got charged in my wallet.

                      One more the biggest problem with UBER is there is no Complaint section in APP aswell in their website.

                      One of the worst services ever seen.

                        Just now I came from Bhubaneswar to jatani. At the time while I booked it was showing 180 rupees to 250 rupees. But while I reached at the destination the driver asked 450 rupees as the meter showing 450 rupees.
                        While I asked the cause, the driver said that your destination path was in searching mode.
                        So, it's a very cool way to cheat the customer.Because, the distance was only 18 kilometers, then how it became 450 rupees.

                          This happened in bangalore. I ordered the uber go, it arrived on time too. I wanted to go to silk board but this driver i don't know what kind of dumb person he was took a wrong turn and i reached my destination in 1 hour where i usually reach by 20 min. This is totally unacceptable, u should definitely take strict action on these dumb drivers. Not even that, that driver dint even inform me that the payment is already done via paytm and when i asked about it then he told tht the payment is done.

                            Yesterday due to misguidance of the uber driver I had to cancel my ride after 5 minutes. He totally misguided me and kept me waiting. He was at some distance but he constantly kept saying that he was coming. This is not the first time i hv faced this treatment from uber. Earler also i have found drivers misguiding and delaying and thus creating harrassment and tension during rush hours. Kindly refund my cancellation charge as I was forced to cancel due to the driver s delay. I am expecting a redressal asap

                              I booked a cab in Pune from Wakad to Pimpri which is 11 Kms and the fare approximate while booking was 110 -130. I took the ride and got down at the location which I had entered as destination. My payment method was through card so I did not bother checking if the driver ended the trip or not while getting down only to realise the next day that he didn't.

                              The driver drove another 30 Kms further after dropping me before ending the trip. So, I was charged 523.98 INR instead.
                              The fare now also included a distance surcharge of INR 223. So, I contact Uber using their app asking for a refund. A day later they refunded back only INR 182 based on some random calculations.

                              I have still paid INR 342 which is way more than what I was supposed to. This happened because they did not make any adjustments in the distance surcharge (which included toll etc) of INR 223 nor the journey time. (Please note that I did not cross any toll posts either).

                              I request a refund of the entire distance surcharge and also reduction in the travel time as I reached my destination in 25 mins.

                              I am attaching the invoice for reference.

                                In my trip from noida, dlf mall of india to nehru place dated, 03/12/2016 i was charged a sum of 100 rs. As toll fare. I would like the company to clarify this?
                                There is no longer any toll charge when we travel through the dnd flyway as per the supreme court ruling. The said sum was deducted from my paytm account without any prior notice.
                                I would like it refunded asap. I regularly use uber and if this is not resolved immediately it would reflect very badly on the company and its treatment of its customers.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I has a trip on 01 Dec 16 after 5 PM. It is found that I have been punished by the driver Rajesh Kumar by riding the car in a traffic prone area and longer route knowingly which is not excusable. As per my advice the driver did not use route but over ruled stating that he knows better route. Likewise, he took trip duration 1:6:59h and distance about 32.44 Kms instead of 28 Kms and 45-50 mints where costing excess bill amount upto Rs. 436.23. The approximate amount should be Rs. 370-380 only.

                                  Secondly the distance surcharge of Rs. 102/- shown in the receipt is not understood. When the vehicle is available at Dharapur Chariali waiting for riders and it did not take more than 5 mins to reach me (pickup point), and question does not arise for payment of toll tax or other charges during the trip and also I did not travel to and returning from airport. It appears that UBER ride taxi service making a great money earning business cheating the customers all over advertising through various options at cheapest ride. I found number of times cheating by the drivers and charged excess. The receipt sent to us itself bogus showing distance surcharge. It is confirmed that in Guwahati no such toll tax applied.

                                  There is also no proper email ID given by uber for submission of complaints against the drivers and for other problems.

                                    When i booked from arekere micolayout bannerghatta road to m s ramaiah road gokul ext, the fare showed as 440 /- with a time line of 1.30 min.. But it charged 745/- and the driver mentioned that in evening it is more and uber does not mention the correct fare in the beginning and also charges almost double money from customer and in-necessarily the driver gets the shouting due to a great cheating company - uber... Be aware of this cheat taxi service provider... Do not use this cheat company...

                                      When I booked the cab through Uber app from Kandanchavadi, Chennai to Palavakkam chennai, the amount to be displayed range approximately INR.70 to 95 on 2nd Dec 2016.

                                      After completing the travelling they charged INR.228.

                                      This is cheating kind of activity, And also really I got disappointed.

                                      This is the bad experience faced from the Uber India services.;
