Uber India — incorrect drop location leading to excess charge to my paytm account
I have booked a uber from 1292, tagore park, naskarhat, kasba, kolkata - 700039 to gariahat road on 24th march at 19:29 hours. A hyundai xcent car came driven by jitendra. However during the ride the driver informed that his mobile is not working and developed a snag. So when i got down he could not complete the trip. He completed the trip at a different location and i was charged extra based on that from my paytm account.
I have raised a complaint with uber in uber hekp within 12 hours of the incident but uber is not responding to that.
I am attaching the receipt of the trip.
