Uber India — incorrect drop location leading to excess charge to my paytm account

I have booked a uber from 1292, tagore park, naskarhat, kasba, kolkata - 700039 to gariahat road on 24th march at 19:29 hours. A hyundai xcent car came driven by jitendra. However during the ride the driver informed that his mobile is not working and developed a snag. So when i got down he could not complete the trip. He completed the trip at a different location and i was charged extra based on that from my paytm account.

I have raised a complaint with uber in uber hekp within 12 hours of the incident but uber is not responding to that.

I am attaching the receipt of the trip.

We have had booked a cab from Kudlu Gate with OTP Number 3352. Driver Name Basavaraju. We had kept the mobile on charging and forgot to take the mobile. The driver has switched off the mobile and we donot have the number of the driver
