Uber India — Misbehaviour of your uber cab driver | |||||
Dear sir i was in banglore international air port on 02.05.2017 at 8.00 pm . I went near coffee day uber taxi boarding point. Since my internet was not working, I have seen a person from uber was booking taxi at platform. he booked a taxi for me he took my name, email-id and phone number after that he said a nissan sunny taxi no. ka13 8917 will come within 2 minutes. I got a call from the cab driver mobile no [protected] he came to platform no 6 after 35 minutes . I asked him the charges he said from airport to godwin public school kodigahalli will be around 450 . After reaching toll gate he asked me to pay toll fees extra which i paid . after reaching kodigahalli around 24 KMS . he showed me a bill of Rs 1240. I asked him how is that and he started using filthy language. and said there is some old balance of 783 plus current amount of 456 and threatened me that he will call 500 taxi after intervention of public and heated argument, I said him many times that i don't have any pending bill as i used first time uber cab service but still he didn't understand and using filthy language.After around 30 minutes he took Rs 460 . he was using bad words . After going through this horrifying experience i suggest that nobody should higher uber taxi. because your people don't have any ethic and on 05/05/2017 vijay karnataka news paper has already published the behavior of your cab driver with passenger.
