Uber India — money got detect without ride multiple time || also driver not professional

Hi team,

My name is rohit aggarwal and my contacts no-[protected], using uber facilities since past 1-2 years, and i feel am also a valuable customer for uber, i want to bring your attention on some major issue,

Recently one of my family member admitted in (Chacha nehru-geeta colony) hospital and it was difficult to me to communicate from office location to hospital or my home location to hospital, for this issue i was using uber facilities to communicate form various location to hospital, but if i got 10 rides from via uber apps i had to face many issues for 6 ride and my experience was very worst,

Most of the time when i booked uber cab and i have to wait for uber cab at my pickup location for 30-45 minutes even every time the wait time was 5-10 minutes and every time my request route to 3-4 driver and most of the driver give the fake commitment that they are coming but after 10-15 minutes they says that they can't come,

Recently i had to go for hospital from my home location so i booked the cab and i was also searching uber driver nearby my pickup location but didn’t get the cab and i lost some money from my paytm wallet also and when i connected to the driver he was lying that-i was searching to you but i didn’t get you and now i have moved for another booking,

And one more time i had to come form hospital to my home i booked the cab and driver said to me that you have very different location and i can’t come to that location so i requested to that guy if you are not coming kindly cancel this call so this request will route to another driver but he didn’t cancel that call, i contacted to that guy 16-18 time and for this i had to stay with my family for 30 minutes on the road,

And also i got one more bad experience with pool cab, i booked cab for my home from geeta colony, i got the cab within 10 minutes my family member sat inside the cab and the cab went for my home but when that cab was about to reach at my home just 1km before driver stopped the cab and said to us i got another booking from gandhi nagar and i have to pickup also that rider we said no issue, but when he crossed complete way of gandhi nagar i asked to that guy now where are going then he agin manipulated us, we have to go in reverse just for 1km and he crossed 5-6km and then he picked up that rider form krishna nagar,

And the recent experience which i got i stood at shastri park red light and i booked the pool cab for hospital and i got detail about cab and driver, when driver reached at pickup point i was called him and try to took the attention from that guy but he ignored me and he crossed the way without stopping the cab, instantly i dialled his no and ask for the ride he said to me that i he didn’t get my call that’s why i can’t stop the cab for you, i asked to cancel this call then he said you will have to cancel the call by myself, i didn’t cancel that call and after facing lots of trouble i lost agin some amount from my paytm wallet,

And also i checked that there is no any helpline no for customer but driver has helpline no, if we have any issue where we can connect for our issue every time will i have to write a mail or i can get any easy and convenient option form uber side, kindly check these issue and suggest that if as in my case i am still facing some medical issue with my family member and after paying a genuine amount is it justified to wait or stay on road with family for 30-45,
