Uber India — My account is disabled out of the blue. | |||
I am frequent user o[censored]ber and suddenly today 16th Sep'15, my account has been disabled. I have kept my account name as Trisha which is my nickname whereas my registered email id is shantapriya.[protected]@gmail.com and official name is Shantapriya Bora. I don't see any wrong in keeping my first name in the app in my nick name. This is not at all acceptable that you would disable my account as my names are not matching. I have also used PAYTM for making payment and I still have balance left in my account. I have paid for all my rides. This is really frustrating as I am not able to use the service or book a ride.
