Uber India — outstanding payment issue

Hi Uber Team,

I have an Uber account and it is reflecting an outstanding payment of 525 Rs. for 30th June although I haven't taken any Uber ride that day.
I ordered some ice cream from Naturals from 'Uber eats' that day of Rs. 525 and made the payment by cash, I do not know what on Earth was the Uber system thinking and charged me the same amount on Uber cabs.

I have written my complaint in the Help section of the app 1 week back and did not receive any update from you guys.
