I booked a ride on Uber on[protected] which was shown as around ₹300+, but I was charged nearly ₹582 at the end of the trip.
I raised a complaint, and Uber refunded the excess amount into my Uber Wallet. I then requested the refund to be transferred to my bank account instead, and they agreed.
However, they deducted the amount from my Uber Wallet but never credited it to my bank account. It has been over a month, and I have not received any resolution or further response from Uber support despite repeated follow-ups.
I request your help in ensuring either:
(1) the refund is credited to my bank account, OR
(2) the amount is returned to my Uber Wallet.
