This is here by informed that on 7th Aug 2023 I booked Uber Bike to transit from dilshad garden to cdac, noida sec 62 branch through uber app on which the amount to be paid was shown as Rs 99 after 22% off promotion was automatically applied I don't need to apply the promotion manually. Original amount shown was Rs 124 on which this promotion was automatically applied. But after the trip original amount was charged. After reaching the destination...

I recently availed the connect service from my place to Cmda colony chennai
The required payment was 48.58rs by G pay method. But accidentally I paid the driver cash when he picked the package up. So I didn't pay the amount from UPI
But the app is refusing me to book other trips as it recognizes that I haven't paid the payment yet.
Please rectify this issue as soon as possible

Hi Team,

On 19th July I had taken a trip from Ahemdabad Airport to Renaissance Hotel and for this I cannot see receipt in Trip history. However, my transaction shows that money deducted also I can see the trip completion (which I have taken screen shot). I tried multiple ways to connect with customer care but their is no way to connect with them.

It is their technical glitch but I cannot see any way to connect...

I had their package that ended on the 6th of July (no particular time was mentioned for the 6th of July). As I left with one ride booked but they charged money for that ride.

I asked customer care regarding the same they said that It was already ended at 7: 30 morning although this is a very basic understanding that the 6th of July is valid till 11:59 PM the night.

They made their customers confused before booking...

My friend was travelling through uber cab the driver named “Monu”, “His mobile number is +[protected]” accepted the request his car was “Alto 800”, “licence no:PB 01 D 3344”
After some distance he ask to change drop location as he said there is water on the road and he would not go further, he abused her and she changed her drop location to near the pick up location after that the price for prior ride was ₹375...

Hi. I took a ride from Ghaziabad to Meerut on 8th December, 2022. Even though I paid Rs 946 to the driver, the app is still showing the trip as unpaid. He did not register any complaint to me. I have pending outstanding payment reflecting in the app. The gpay receipt was produced and checked payment was confirmed. Yet the customer care can't remove outstanding payment, kept repeating all the processes again and again. The team lacks technical knowledge clearly. I have renewed my uber shuttle pass and bought 4 new ride, but noticed today after my travel that, i have to pay RS 135 for today's drop at Iffco chowk
as my Uber shuttle app wrongly renewed my pass till terminal 3 airport .

Pls correct it to iffco chowk instead of Terminal 3 Airport

My name is neoshy Gupta and I booked a cab from uber for 6 hrs and when the driver came . He. Put my luggage in car and asked me to sit inside. After starting the car he asked me to cancel the ride. When asking the reason he asked me to pay 50% extra or else get out of the car on road. I asked him that if doesnt take me to the destination and charge me extra I will complain to Police. He threw my luggage on the road....

3 years ago, I was a regular Uber and UberEATS customer. One time, I made an UberEATS order and I got notified that the order will take an hour. I immediately canceled the order due to my having urgent work. I got a call after an hour from the delivery person. I informed him that it was canceled and I have already left. I booked a cab yesterday . When I reached the destination, mistakenly I paid cash directly to the driver as I didn't noticed that it was already in digital payment mode from my Amazon pay balance. Kindly refund me the amount deducted from my Amazon pay balance. I am attaching screenshot of the same for your reference....

We (myself & my wife Hymavathi) booked Uber Autos for our journey in Hyderabad on[protected]. The concerned Auto Drivers claimed direct payment and accordingly we paid. But later we observed that the relavant fares were also deducted from our payment vallet automatically.

Yesterday i was booking an auto i was surprised to see the price of auto. The offer value was decrease from 24 percent to 21 Percent in just 3 days.
In return it increases the fare by 10-15 rs

When I booked my ride, the price was showing 551 rupees but the driver intentionally changed the route and kept us waiting for almost 35 minutes for filling the gas and after the ride end it was demanding 831 rupees . This is a serious concern o[censored]nfair Trade practice . Please take my concern into action . This is seriously repeating practice from uber India...

I booked a package delivery today i.e on june 06, 2023 3:51 pm, the rider mr. tarun was assigned to it and taken the duty. after arrival at my location, i told to mr. tarun below points very clearly multiple times:
1. i have made the payment online (maine payment online ki hai)
2. i have made the payment online via paytm. (mere paytm se paise kat gaye hain)
3. temporary hold has already been put on my account and payment...

On 4 june 2023 at around 7.30 am i booked uber ride from my home to old delhi railway station. He came and we started seating in his car then suddenly noticed that his tyre was flattened. I ask him if it is puncture then i can arrange another vehicle for me but he said that his tyre is fine and just need air refill. Then on the way after around 500 meters we stoped on a petrol pump. The man said that this tyre is puncture and can not be filled...

And cab driver misbehave with her in late night around 3am
He is saying while driving that i need to go home i forget my charger at home
So i turn the car to my home
My sister fight with him and then he came straight to home
Also he is doing very rash driving
And he is not taking payment by online he said i only use cash n cash only
Lot's of reasons this complaintbr...

For two of my trips by auto I paid the full amount in cash, but both trips show outstanding payments. I can't book any more Ubers and no one has responded to my complaint in the help section....

Seems Uber is running some scam by cheating customers.
