Uber India — overcharging/double charging | |||||
On 11th july i had took pool cab at 6:20 pm and paid 49 rs. Through paytm and at 7:46 pm i took another ride on pool and this time i have opted cash payment method then i received message from uber that you need to pay previous balance of 49, which i already paid via paytm, i thought may be there is some technical glitch so i paid 98 rs in cash, but after writing several times uber did not bother to respond to my query. Pathetic customer care service. They must be stopped otherwise they will loot us Was this information helpful? | |||||
